I placed an order 2 months ago for a blendgo juicer still not received it. Sent 3-4 emails only the first one was acknowledged and I did not receive a tracking number. They told me my order was dispatched a month ago but never received. I have asked for a refund but to no avail. DO NOT ORDER from this company. Very disappointed.
Trellis not arrived query a scam reported this to my Bank and they are raising a Merchant Dispute and temporarily paying me back.

Avoid at all costs. Took over 6 weeks to fix the oven, 2 weeks still broken washing machine, water leaks and damp in most of the rooms. Reported issues never fixed and left without a room due to a water leak through the light socket at 2am and still unable to enter my room 6hrs later and no 24hr maintenance team.
I purchased a bat house pole from bestnest. I tried to return it days after their arbitrary 30 day return period. It is unused in the original packaging. They refused. In today’s world that is terrible customer service. While writing this review I noticed that this company has numerous bad reviews regarding their terrible customer service. I will never do business with them again.
