Honestly, I probably wouldn't book the Paradise Cove luau again. The tables we set up with not much room for each guest. The party on the one side of us spread out and then wasn't very nice when we came back to the table and went to sit where we thought we were seated. It made it really awkward. The food was great! The sunset was great!

Group operators were excellent and efficient!! They really knew their stuff!! We had a fantastic time!!

It was a beautiful morning and she took me up to an amazing viwe point.

The cruise was nice but the food was not worth the $. Coffee was not fresh, it had obviously been brewed early and stood around. We chose the buffet and it was mediocre. Found it lacked flavour and tasted like it was mass produced with the exception of roast beef. You receive one complimentary alcoholic drink and the rest are $10 each or $5 for a soda. Fire works were only about 5 minutes all together. Again nice but not 15 minutes as described in the agenda you receive when you are on board. Waiting for the fireworks is an extra hour on the boat but it actually just stops in spots along the way to make up the time. Found the time dragged a bit.... Photographers were also pushy in taking your photo and trying to have you purchase their photo for the extravagant amount of $27 - Iphone X does a better job. Entertainment was enjoyable. Also I called the day of the cruise to ask about parking a vehicle and the person seemed uninformed. Recommended a garage near the pier which was fine but when we checked in for the cruise we found out we could receive one hour free right at the location. We were never informed of this. There was a disconnect with notifying us of the service. I would not do this cruise again for the cost.
What we did notice is there was a more extravagant package that could be purchased and the dinner and dining experience seemed much better so if you want to splurge.....

We made a booking for Kualoua ranch in Honolulu and we booked only one day in advance with best of Hawaii. They were quick and professional and got everything set up for us! I would definitely book with them again!!

We booked a tour+visit to the Polynesian Cultural Center
Driver was great, explaining a lot of what we saw and the historical context. Very entertaining as well, kept us looking out the windows and laughing.
Some issues - A little too many comments on the "government doesn't do it's job" line. Tell me the facts and I can decide for myself.
Also, more for the tour description - it mentions seeing the LDS Temple. Viewing it from a distance while driving along didn't really qualify.
Also had an issue with the tickets. At the price we thought we were getting the VIP tickets, but it was not so. No difference booking through BestOf and booking with the Polynesian Cultural Center directly.

We enjoyed our time on Hawaii and Maui. Golfing was great. The Polynesian Tour of Haleakala was awesome. We enjoyed Halloween in Lahaina. Too many great restaurants. Fresh fish at Down the Hatch, Paia Fish House. Great pizza at Lahaina Pizza Co., Taco Tuesday at Fred's Mexican Cafe. Great fun.

Great experience booking with best-of-hawaii! The tour we wanted was full— but then they called and let us know a few days later that spots opened and able to to! Thank you!

The show was amazing but I was disappointed with the food. I had been to a similar event many years ago and remember wonderful dinner of a variety of salads combined with roasted pig I can’t remember if it was cooked in the ground or over a fire but it was amazing. The buffet that was served was not great although a variety of meats and fishes. they were over cooked and dry. That combined made the dinner something to take care of hunger but quite unremarkable.

The dives were nice. Had issues with my equipment on the second dive though and drank a little water. Dive master was taking video or pictures, but when I tried to contact him to see about getting copies I received no response.

Great trip to the Napoli coast. The staff of Holoholo charters did an excellent job of everything, from piloting the boat to talking with each guest to advice on seasickness. Unfortunately there were 4 boats in the same location at the same time, so you can up sell single boat tours. They should have included advise on caring for our oceans, wildlife & reefs. As it was, some who were snorkeling were swimming down to pull on the coral.

We had the most amazing experience on the ATV Jurassic Tour. This is our first time visiting the Island and enjoyed every minute of our tour. Uncle B was our tour guide and made sure that we made the best of every single moment there. The views were so breathtaking. I would definitely recommend this tour!
