Confusing websites

I can’t fault the products. I had a email link to buy another but unfortunately not given a option to login only register. So i have two products and one I can’t access. When you go on the website its all in French which I don’t speak. Other websites not joined up so you can’t access your page. Perhaps i am easily confused but never had a problem buying elsewhere. Hence four stars
