Best experience ever I ordered a custom painting for my mom's birthday, and she was blown away by the final result. The paint set was easy to use, and the quality of the canvas was fantastic. It's such a personal and thoughtful gift that I plan on giving again!

Fantastic product and service This was my first time ordering from BestPaintByNumbers, and I'm thrilled with the outcome. The canvas and paints were of great quality, and customer service was quick to help me when I had questions about my order.

Have you ever had a canvas that the colors were just off? I know that this is a recurring situation in a lot of the companies that make canvases from pictures that are sent in to them. Kudos to BestPaintByNumber - they're definitely not the fastest in mailing your canvas to you, they don't always answer the phone on a timely fashion, or even send emails to you in a timely fashion. But they DID do the right thing, when I pointed out that their colors were off and that my daughter's retriever was a Golden, as in yellowish tones, not browns and greens. They recalibrated their machines and sent me a brand new canvas - it turned out great!!!!

I hesitated to order again. My fears were unfounded though. This experience has been the polar opposite of the first. Everything has gone extremely will this time. The company is communicating the way I expected. Once I got my first kit, It was a joy to work on.

Amazing customer service I had a small issue with my order, but Chris from customer support was quick to help me. He made sure my order was corrected, and I received it in no time. The final painting came out perfectly! Highly recommend this company for both quality and service.

I'll never go anywhere else! I’ve tried a few paint by number companies, but BestPaintByNumbers is hands down the best. The custom painting of my dog turned out exactly like the photo I sent in. I can't wait to order another one.

Ordered on August 3rd, still no update nearly a month later. Emailed their customer service twice and no response after 10 days. Still haven't received my order or an answer from the company.

I placed an order on 8/4/2024 #154262. I thought I was getting the deal of buy 4 get 2 free. I uploaded 6 photos to be custom framed with 48 colors. When it came time to complete the purchase only 3 of the 6 photos were confirmed. I immediately sent an email to see what images were confirmed so I could get the remaining 3 photos ordered. I was given ticket #97896. All I know after writing several emails and even an Instagram business chat is absolutely nothing ‼️ I do not know if what I purchased is being shipped or what 3 photos you confirmed that I purchased. All want is a response, but I don’t know if any other way to contact you. The website phone number definitely did not assist me.

I requested extra paint to finish my picture and BPBN sent it quickly free.

I have purchased and completed many custom paintings from Bestpaintbynumbers, the quality is excellent and I like being able to upgrade to 48 colors for a very realistic finished product.
I just painted a good friend’s dog and absolutely made his day when I surprised him with this gift. I highly recommend this company!

Like others, I have yet to receive the product I ordered on July 6th (15 days ago). I received an email with an order number and a tracking tab. It indicates that my order is confirmed but has not changed since. I’ve also emailed the company. I received an auto reply that I would have a response within several days. I have received no response. I checked my spam folder (I’ve read their responses on here) and have no emails from the company. I plan to call using the number listed on their site tomorrow. Order #153114

The ordering process was sketchy for me at first. But I completed it. It was just me. Not the process. Lisa and Chris were very helpful. So that made the entire experience very good. They did a great job answering my questions and all.

Very Poor Customer Service. I ordered a painting on May 24th for a Fathers Day gift. It is July 16th and I received an order number but, haven't received a tracking number or the product. I have emailed them several times. Each time I receive a response saying that It may take up to 5 days for my concern to be addressed. After that they never respond again. Thus, I have several ticket numbers. Their phone isn't answered only a message stating to email them. This company is a scam. Be careful. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Ordered the painting mid June. Still haven't received it. Checked tracking info. Just says it's been sent to another facility. It's made several stops in Illinois and even went to Chicago twice. I live in Idaho which was verified on the order. I've tried emailing the company a couple of times. No response. They don't have a phone number to contact. Very poor business practices. Won't order from them again, as I'm not sure if I've been scammed at this point.

I HIGHLY recommend using BestPaintByNumbers! My painting turned out absolutely perfect for my dad’s birthday/father’s day gift! BestPaintByNumbers is a perfect present for someone in your life that “doesn’t want anything” or already has everything😂 My dad teared up when he saw the painting and that’s not something he does so I know he loved it and thought it was special:) My only regret is that I wish I got a frame! Lisa from Customer Support was absolutely amazing and was incredibly helpful to make sure everything turned out just as I hoped! She was quick with response time and sent me previews to make sure it was exactly what I wanted! Thank you again Lisa! And thank you BestPaintByNumbers!

I ordered and paid on May 22 and have not received anything. A bogus email sez they’re working hard to get this sent.

I received this as a gift and was very excited about it. When I opened the package I realized many of the paints had not been closed properly before they were shipped, and were dried out as a result. I emailed the company to see about getting the dried paints replaced. I was asked to send several pictures to prove this, which I did, and after all that, I was told they would send me a link to pay them before they would replace anything. I obviously can’t complete the picture without the paints provided. Very disappointing. I would chose a company with better customer service.

Chris at paintbynumbers is great! I had trouble with my very first order and he fixed it in a timely, friendly fashion! I just ordered my second projects and got them in a very short time. I absolutely love doing these pictures of my grand babies!! I love crafting and painting and this is such a comforting addictive project for me!! You gotta get yours!!
