I ordered a paint by numbers kit last month. They say on their website that it can take upto 5 to 19 days after processing which is 3 to 5 days to receive the order. It's been way more than that and I haven't even received a tracking number. When contacted, all they say is they will look into it and I haven't received a response still, despite of following up. I wouldn't order from here again and am wondering if I need to dispute my payment. If I didn't see as many good reviews here as I did, I'd say this is a total scam.

I have completed about 6 paintings, all have been so amazing!!

It’s just simply easy to do, realistic the colors the materials are just great and affordable , once you try it you will definitely purchase again

I received a paint kit as a gift and found one of the paint pots to be completely dry as it was not closed correctly before shipping. I reached out to customer service and was advised I would have to buy the extra paint kit for them to be able to send me another. When I re-explained I only needed the one dried up pot replaced I was advised to buy it from a local craft store. Super surprised at the lack of customer service as I had heard good things.

Edit to their response - I responded to every email and their resolution was for me to purchase the colour from a local art store.

Best company IV used my order came quickly and was everything I wanted

I am quite pleased with the quality of this product! I am working on my 2nd one. Ordered one for my oldest daughter and one of my cousins was so impressed w the first one I completed, she's ordered one as well! It is helping me regain my confidence in fine line work as well. Even supply decent brushes! My first painting required a single hair for detail and the proper brush was included. (I very nearly trimmed it off before my brain remembered! 🙄😁)

This was the second kit I ordered. The colors were washed out and pinky and there was a border where none existed in the photo. I sent two e-mails with my concerns and no action was taken.

I have been getting paintings from Best paint by number for over a year. I have done about 10 pictures. I enjoy it so much and love the results. So happy a friend told me about this.

I absolutely love Best Paint by Numbers! The materials are of the highest quality and painting the canvas is so relaxing. It's quite affordable, too. I am currently working on my second one and plan to paint many more. 100% recommended!

Absolutely horrible service. My first order attempt sat unattended for a few weeks. I complained and tried again -- this time the payment was taken, but I have not received a product after SIX MONTHS. I've reached out to the company every few weeks with only enough response to keep me hanging and prevent recourse through my credit card bank. This is a scam. Stay away.

Great company. Have used them a lot to make custom paintings. Highly recommend.

I ordered a custom painting in DECEMBER. After sending multiple emails to them and conversing back and forth, I finally said just send the product in the end of March. it is May 20th and I have not received my product. It has been 5 months since I ordered.
My reply: no. your company has blamed me for the 5 months, saying I haven’t replied to their question WHEN I CLEARLY DID AND said just send the painting it’s been too long. Your company has the worst customer service communication, literally BLAMING me for a 5 month delay. Please send me a refund. I’ve asked for a refund for like $70 in the email already.
June 14: they still wont give me a refund for treating me like garbage. They still haven’t sent my product when I told them to months ago. Never buy from this company it’s a sketchy one. Buy from your local painting store trust me you’ll save so much headache. Mine is a verified purchase. other 5 star reviews seem fake af. Take a look at the 1 star reviews— THEY SAY THE EXACT SAME THING I SAY. IT IS A SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SKETCHY dog COMPANY. Lol can u imagine the ppl who run this dog company? I feel bad for them

Such a cool gift idea and the painting is going to be phenomenal when finished.

The painting that I completed is of my wonderful grand-dog who sadly passed away in September, 2022 at the age of 8. His family, especially my son & daughter in law & grandson were heart sick.
Giving them this gift is a treasure that they will have forever!

I found my experience with my first painting gratifying and a way to disconnect and just be with the beautiful colors. The technology that enables this is quite amazing - thank you Best Paint By Numbers! I love my first painting!!

Terrible customer service, I order 3 of these. 1 on 1 order and 2 on another.

The first came in a couple weeks, and all was fine.

The second did not arrive for over a month, way past the holiday that I ordered this. They put the 2 orders in 1 display box... and this was for 2 different people. So I had to separate one order from the other. This order also had a blank box with no instruction like the other one did. I reached out to customer service and they were just rude in not very responsive.

Find a different vendor that does the same thing

I bought 3 canvas’s for my family for Christmas. I finished mine and was addicted. It’s so well done and easy to follow. The paints are easily marked and easy to use. It’s so relaxing. The result blew me away. It looked like a photo. I’m obsessed!

It has been more than 2 WEEKS since I’ve placed my order, and they have not provided me with any shipping updates or ETA. I have followed up with them via email, and I have not received any response. My order was around $150, and l feel scammed.

UPDATE 02/25/23:
Bestpaintbynumbers is trying to flag my review to be taken down, so here is an update for you all. After no response from 2 of my emails, I submitted my complaint through the “Contact Us” portion of their website. Only THEN, did I get confirmation my order had shipped.
Then, when my order arrived, I found that the frame I had purchased for $50 was MISSING. Now I have to go through all these hoops to get ANOTHER response from them…HOPEFULLY… just so I can either get my frame or a refund. This whole experience has been RIDICULOUS.

UPDATE 03/05/23:
Do not trust when they say they will give you a refund. I FINALLY received a response that they will issue me the refund and I should wait 3 business days. Well, I’ve given them a whole week and still no update or refund. Just followed up with them. It will probably take another week for me to get another email. This company is a scam.

UPDATE 03/11/23:
As you can see from their message below, they said they were going to reach out to me 6 days ago… They never reached out to me. I’ve also emailed them again and have not received any response or refund.

UPDATE 04/24/2023:
Never got my refund and they are no longer responding to my emails. I spent $50 on a frame and its like they just took the money and ran. This is a scam website.

The painting turned out better than expected, so relaxing and enjoyable....not to mention the accolades I've received from family and friends!!!
