Best???Questionable…I knew ahead of time that I had to pay $80 for a trip fee. However, I wasn’t aware that I had to pay an $89 arrival window fee. Not sure what that’s all about. I paid over $550 to have a faucet installed that I purchased. Best didn’t replace any parts and I believe that took the technician 20-30 minutes. The technician charged over $500 to replace some metal pipes under the bathroom sink. He did repair the pipes, but the sink wasn’t draining properly when he left. Of course, he graciously offered to come back and do more work at a crazy price to fix the drainage issue. We didn’t have an issue with the sink draining prior to their arrival. I called for a bill as they didn’t leave one. I asked for an itemized bill as they lump all the fees together, so you really don’t know what you’re paying for. I called and asked to talk to a manager and have yet to hear from one. I would highly recommend that you shop around when looking for a plumber,

527 to snake a kitchen drain. Absolutely ridiculous. That's not the worst part, after tech was done. He never checked anything. Come to find out, he blew out my pipes down stairs. So when we showered the next day flooded my basement. Called to get a receipt 2x and talk to a mngr

Technician was great. Price high. Need to shop around for AC quotes! The entire system was outlandish. An entire system for my home in Omaha was 1/3 the cost/ Get another quote.

Fred was great!! He explained all of the items of concern and explained the processes of our equipment. His knowledge and great customer service was beyond appreciated especially managing ins and outs of the house and backyard while juggling the kids and dogs.
