After writing a review I was contacted by Best Price Favors and was told my order was being shipped today. There was no record of previous messages that I left and they apologized for any inconvenience. I appreciate the fact that they reached out to me

I needed shot glasses for a bridal shower I'm throwing for a close friend. My aunt recommended I order here and I'm glad I did. The glasses look great! Customer service was very helpful, the design I made wasn't what they needed and they helped me figure out how to make it so they could use it. The glasses themselves are very nice, I was concerned they would be thin and feel cheap but they're not like that at all. My design looks great on the glasses, the bride to be is going to love them! I did have a few arrive broken but they offered a refund which was ok since I ordered extra.

I genuinely hoped I would be able to leave a glowing review about this company. Unfortunately, my experience has been the exact opposite. BestPriceFavors.com has been one of the most unprofessional businesses I have dealt with while planning our wedding, and at this point, I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
I placed an order on September 2 for 300 custom frosted cups and 50 personalized handheld fans for our wedding. Their instructions specifically stated to reply to the order confirmation email with the artwork and that a proof would be provided. I sent our artwork immediately after placing the order.
Crickets.
On September 4, after receiving no proof or communication, I followed up because our wedding date is quickly approaching. Late that evening, I received this response:
“Hi, I will check and send proof next week. I am sorry for this issue. Thanks, Natasha”.
That was it. No explanation. No estimated production timeline. No indication of when “next week” I could expect the proof.
As of September 8, I still had received nothing.
At that point, they had already wasted nearly a week of an extremely time-sensitive ordering window, so I emailed again and asked whether I needed to find another company because the lack of communication was beginning to make me question whether the business was a scam.
Instead of addressing the delay, apologizing for the poor communication, or simply sending the proof I had been waiting for, I received this incredibly dismissive response:
“We did not bill your card yet, it's only billed after proof of approved. If you think this is what scammers do then you should order from some one else. Otherwise, proof will be sent later today or tomorrow. Thanks, Natasha”.
Maybe my $200 order isn't significant enough to warrant professional customer service. Every day they wasted is a day I lost to find another vendor capable of producing and delivering these items before our wedding.
There is a complete lack of proactive communication and the dismissive, snide response I received when I finally questioned what was happening is ridiculously unprofessional. When did basic communication and professionalism turn into an unreasonable expectation?
If you're ordering for a wedding or another event with a firm deadline, I would think very carefully before trusting your timeline, credit card information and artwork to this company.

I had ordered 500 personalized shot glasses for my event. They were very helpful to make adjustments in proof till we liked the design. Order was delivered without any damage. Our team is happy with the glasses delivered. Highly recommend this website for custom products.

The rally towels I ordered for my daughter's reception turned out great and on time. She and her fiancé loved the towels. They are excited to share the towels with their guests at the wedding reception. I am sure everyone will have a great time at her wedding with the towels. Thanks for a great product and job done.

great experience ordering shot glasses and wine glasses from this website. support was helpful in getting my proof approved like i wanted. order was packed nicely, no glasses were broken and they arrived on time. i will definitely order from them again for future events.

We used this company 5 years ago and had a great experience. This time not so much. I reached out and asked since I was a returning customer can I get a discount. I was told if I reviewed them before placing the order I would get a 10% discount. So I did. I needed the towels by August 15. I reached out on August 10 to confirm they would be here by then. I was told they would be a day or so late. I received them on August 20. I ordered 200 towels and and 80 of them were not printed correctly. Some letters very faint and faded. I reached out by phone and was told to send pictures via email. I have since emailed twice and left two messages and have got no response. I had to reach out to my credit card company to have the charges reversed. I cannot get towels before my event so I had to come up with another favor.

UPDATE: I just read their response. My proof did not say they were distressed. I did go back and read the fine print and it did say it there. My only response to that was 5 years ago I got 230 perfect towels. Why this time were 120 perfect and 80 you could barely read some of the words.

I had a great experience. Customer service was very helpful with getting them the file type they needed to print my order. I don't know much about computer stuff so I appreciate their help. My shot glasses look fantastic. I'm very pleased with their quality and how the image looks.

I ordered all the things I needed for my grandsons baptism in one place! I really like that everything matched with the same image. My order was pretty large, wine glasses, mint tins, candle holder shot glasses and napkins for all the guests. We have a large family and I wanted everyone to be able to have keepsakes for my first grandchild being baptized! Everything arrived in one piece, nothing broken and it all looks amazing. Customer service was also very helpful. The print color I originally ordered wasn't going to be seen as well as I liked but they helped me choose another color. Overall a great experience and I will definitely order again when future grandchildren arrive.

I've seen some reviews talking about communication issues and the such and I was hoping that I did not make a mistake by placing an order. All I can say is that everything is PERFECT! I orders 500 shot glasses with candles to be engraved for my cousins funeral.The process was seamless,Natasha called me to advise on font etc.Excellent product all delivered on time for event.

They never reached out to tell me they didn’t have enough of what I ordered in stock, I found out when the arrival date I put came and went. Also some of the replacement items came broke. But the replacements were nice and they came quickly, the day before the event.

Natasha was great to work with! There was a slight error with my order but she took the time to listen and direct me to the appropriate party. Overall, favors were great. Our guests loved them and so did I. I can’t wait to order again in the near future!

My first experience with this company was 3 years ago for my son's graduation party. The items were great, so I decided to use them again this year for my own graduation. I doubled my order this time. I could not have been more pleased. The art and quality did not disappoint. The prices are very affordable, and the quality is magnificent. I was mainly impressed with the customer service. Natalie B answered all emails within 24 hours. I was emailed the proofs to view and approve before any payment was taken. I received my order ahead of the requested date, and it was extremely securely packaged to prevent breakage. I love this company and highly recommend it.

I had a great experience with them. The prices for the favors that I ordered were very reasonable and the favors are perfect. They were delivered well before the promised date. I ordered shot glasses and they came out really amazing plus they’re not plastic, they’re actually glass. I look forward to ordering again for the next party.
