Recieved a damaged product
Received a damaged product. I could not get any amount of refund or a discount coupon. Because the box that the product was shipped in was thrown out.
Also, the company argues that I have already taken the foil of the product. but it was not possible to determine how severe the product was damaged until after taking off the foil.
Very atypical for a board game business.
Bad customer service.
