Simply perfect!
Everything about this cruise was exceptional. From the moment we booked, Zoe Do gave us personalised service to plan our trip and was very helpful with providing information in advance.

Great trip! We did the 10 day Essential Vietnam tour. It was well organized and good itinerary; allowing you to do as much or as little as you'e like. Everything was punctual which I appreciate. Rosie Nhung did a very good job for us. She was very responsive before and during the trip, and addressed all my concerns. All the drivers and guides were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciated the contact the night prior excursion to confirm. The hotels were all in very good locations. The tours were in small group, some ended up as private which were great . A great trip made better with Best Price Travel
We heard about this type of tour from friends and we made inquiries with another company, but their price was crazy high!!
I researched Best Price Travel and from the initial correspondence with Hang Moon, we knew this was the agency to book with.
Hang Moon answered a multitude of questions I had and she did so promptly. Throughout the booking process she kept in touch. I felt looked after!!
We did the three week Indochina tour of Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand and it was AMAZING! We felt spoiled..getting off a plane and having a driver pick you up and take you to your hotel. This was one of the top perks!
The tours offered were very good and we did partake in a couple of extra ones. All our drivers and guides were very good and you could see the passion they had for their city when doing the tours.
Loved the Halong Bay cruise and the Mekong Delta boat tour!!
Hang Moon was always at the end of the phone if we needed to ask her anything. She kept in touch pretty much every day, asking sure we were okay!!
If you are thinking of booking with Best Price Travel, DO IT!!

Great day on the Mekong River
We enjoyed a lovely day on the Mekong River in Vietnam with our amazing guide, Quan. He is so knowledgeable about all things related to the tour and Vietnam in general. He made sure we were enjoying ourselves and appreciating local culture and food. Lunch was plentiful and delicious! The tour was just as described and we enjoyed every moment. And when it started to rain a bit Quan was still up for a bike ride around the island. We’ve booked other tours and cruises through Janet at Best Price and have enjoyed each adventure. It’s a great company and Janet always goes above and beyond for her clients.

15 day Vietnam and Cambodia Tour
Hung Moon put together a 15 day tour of Vietnam and Cambodia for 6 people she did an excellant job. She got our visas for us for Vietnam. Every airport there was someone waiting for us and a nice comfortable airconditioned van. Our guide in Hanoi greeted us with a hug and helped us exchange money and get a SIM card. All our guides were very knowledgeable and friendly and helpful. We added an extra flight and cut out one bus ride which was the right choice. I was so reluctant to buy the package…
I was so reluctant to buy the package online with them, with all what hapens today online, but it prouved to be best decision ever. This agency and particular Hang Moon (ask for her!) Went beyond and above to make our trip memorable. The value for money is extraordinary, we cover all intrest points, we have been exposed to minimum "tourist market", the package is balanced with days of relaxation and days with activitivities, the hotels were well located, if you are a picky or gourmand recomand 4*, we took 3* (happy) the meals were rich and delicious, the guides were friendly and helpfull, though I recommend prepare your questions, coz they are not good story tellers and the accent might put you off (I am not a native English speaker but I understood most of it and translated for my husdband - native English speaker), but they did everything for us to make us feel good and even intervented when we lost our items or wanted to change the itinerary. I cant speak more high about this agency and its staff, I would never would go with others. In fact we shared their details with people we met along coz they wanted their support too. Unforgettable trip to Vietnan, Cambodia and Laus
Best Price Travel made our trip great Hang/Moon arranged a 2 week trip to Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos. All transfers, trips, hotels and tour guides went smoothly. Trips to Halong Bay, Phu Quoc were spectacular and we so enjoyed Cambodia with visits to Phnom Phen and Angkor Wat 6th century Temple in Siem Reap... in Laos the hilights were cruise on the Mekong to see Pak Ou caves and Kuang Si waterfall. SE Asia and Best Price Travel
We asked for a four country itinerary to do in four weeks and Best Price Travel delivered! Friends of ours used this travel agency and we met other travelers who also worked with Hang Moon. It is worth it to pay the money to get the four-star hotel and have that driver pick you up at the airport and arrange those tours! We saw so much and came away with an incredible appreciation for Southeast Asia. All of our flights and transfers and hotels were arranged by Hang Moon and Best Price Travel and we just needed to arrive in Vientiane, Laos and fly out of Bangkok Thailand. We did not see the Plain of Jars in Laos as it would’ve been an 11 Hour drive but Hang Moon was able to get us a hotel and a train ticket so we could continue on with our journey. Our guides always took us to amazing restaurants for lunch and gave excellent recommendations for restaurants to eat at for dinner. We both felt that we got an amazing and authentic experience!
