Order to Portugal

I placed the order and it arrived in Portugal in 2 weeks.
I requested the tracking code from the carrier to follow the order and it was given to me via email.
Everything arrived as ordered.
The battery arrived upside down, the package was full of gunpowder, and the battery was slightly torn. It gives the impression that everything is okay and in good condition even though it's all covered in powder/gunpowder.
I liked the website and recommend it. I will buy again.
I'm only not giving it 5 stars because the battery arrived upside down, slightly torn, and everything was covered in gunpowder.
