I received the doll 3 days later than reported but it was on fedexs end no problem with the shipper the doll is great once I received it not as nice as the pictures but pretty darn good if you ask me it’s my first purchase of a doll and i figured you get what you pay for and I sort of did but I’m pleased it’s lonely in my apt all by myself and no prospects at all so it’s nice to have someone to sleep next to me and sit on the couch when I get and watch movies also BestRealDolls customer service was great on problem is the time difference it is Hong Kong time so I’d get replies the next morning but I completely understood that issue is base would be nice but all in all it was great experience shopping with them and I may buy another one soon

I ordered a custom Doll, and like other reviews, I was skeptical. It did take over a month to get the doll, but the team at Bestrealdolls were great with communication, always responding to my questions and keeping me up to speed on the progress. When the doll arrived I couldn't be happier. Great quality, and spot on to the description.

I ordered a custom doll and it was a great experience. It did take a while (a little over a month) but arrived well within the time advertised and all steps were well-communicated. They were very quick to get the doll made and send approval pictures. Once package was received I knew things were going to be good since the delivery box was completely undamaged. I have been very pleasantly surprised by the level of detail that is hard to convey in the photos; all the lines around her neck and shoulders, back dimples, down to the bones in the back of her neck really add to the level of realism. If you can take the time I highly recommend the custom dolls, and 100% recommend BestRealDoll for the price and quality. Couldn't be happier with my order and will definitely go to them first for any future needs!

What made my Experience great? Well first off, I've been looking for one of these dolls for a while now. I've look at different companies, with dolls and options. And for the money, quality and xustomer service, Best Real Dolls beats all the other companies hands down.

The doll I received, if very high Quality and everything they said it was. Also I had my doll show up at my door when they said it would be here. Also they keep checking in with me to make sure I'm happy and stay happy.

I got this doll for 2 reasons, 1. I live alone so its nice to at least have a body sitting on my couch so I don't feel so all alone. 2. When I leave my house to go out, it looks like someone is there. Which give me a little sense of security.

So if your thinking about getting one of these dolls for your self, I highly recommend, Real Best Dolls.

P S did I happen to mention they have a huge selection stateside and you will get your doll in 5 to 10 days after ordering. Plus that have overstock so the dolls are on sale right now. I got the doll I wanted for all most hafe the price.

I would like to revise my previous review. My first review was fueled by my disappointment with not receiving the doll I ordered. While the doll I received from BeatRealDoll was not the on that I ordered, it was a quality doll. I thought that BRD was ignoring my requests to remedy the problem but it turns out that they had been sending me emails that were going to my Spam folder. They apologized and took full responsibility for the error. They also offer me the option of keeping the doll and receiving a 15% refund or, sending the doll back at their expense and receiving the doll I ordered. They are not a scam company and I apologize for unfairly stating that they were. Sorry Bestrealdoll. I’m still waiting in that second head.

I was very skeptical at first cause I've never made a purchase like this before but I am glad I did their service is amazing they're always on top of answering my questions or concerns they even replied back while they're on their Chinese New Year holiday I received her on the 7th it was in the time of the delivery. 3 to 5 business days she was very well packed up no damages and when I open the box exactly like the pictures if not better. So now I plan on buying a second one very soon she needs a friend to hang out with while I'm at work and I wouldn't order from any other company I am sticking with best real dolls yeah of course if you order one that's special order it's going to take longer for shipping and for them to make but it's ok cause you will be getting a very beautiful and great quality doll she feels very real I can't wait for more outfits to come so I can anime her up for my streams and my second doll will be just as amazing!!

During the Holiday sale, I ordered the Dale plus doll. I was soon notified that that doll was sold out, and was given options, to which I kept my original order, with the addition of speaking and moaning added. I was also informed of it coming from the factory, it's expected finish date plus shipping from overseas. They sent pictures of the doll when she was finished at the factory to ensure it was what I wanted. They notified me when the doll arrived state side and shipping information. The doll arrived and met, exceded my desires. Excellent product and on price point. This has been my second doll from Bestrealdoll, have not been disappointed, only satisfied with my dolls.

The selection of dolls is phenomenal!!! It took me 3 hours to try to pick the perfect girl for my husband and I to play with together! She is the best addition to our bedroom! Absolutely gorgeous, and perfect! She looks EXACTLY like her pictures, and we are so so so happy with our girlfriend!

I got her in less time the expected the quilt of the product was more then I expected...

After doing the research I am certain that my choice with "BEST REAL DOLL" was the right way to go. This company delivers in every way a beautiful product. I will only purchase from them alone.

I have purchased the same item twice before from them. Last time qty 4. This time qty 4 on a supposed "flash sale". I paid 95.68 supposedly saving 23.92. But the quality item I bought b4 they substituted an old "different" product worth way less...less than half value and I don't want. I contacted them. They proposed a 10% refund. This is a "bait with a sale" "switch to inferior cheap product" and make double money. Only 1 solution will resolve: full refund...will call the junk back. End of our business...will not buy from them again. Know ...thanks to TrustPilot they offer a full refund if I return the junk they sent is unused. Of course it unused. NOTE: no offer to get me what I ordered this time and 2 times B4. Old fashion guy I guess they are not taking notice of their customers needs at all.
