The shirts are awesome, I love my shirt. They are very Nice and they come in many colors. I bought 3. Purple, pink and blue. One for diabetes month, one for my birthday, and one for my son. They all are so nice! Also I've had to get in touch with customer service oh, and they got right back to me. The customer service for this company is Great! Thank you very much for all of your help and for your products.

If I could rate a 0 I would. I ordered an ALS shirt but non of the proceeds go to that cause. They are just making money off of diseases and doing nothing to help. I tried canceling my order right away and they told me their was no way they could. So now I am out of a shirt and out of $32

This company is very deceiving! They trick you into ordering unwanted additional items after you have already placed and paid for your shirt, and then won't allow return/refund for the unwanted item! They did respond to my first customer service email but not my second, where I threatened to turn them in to the better business bureau, and out them on the internet for the trashy company they are, as well as dispute the charges at my bank for the product I didn't order, and also the one I did and still haven't received!

They do respond to emails however I gave the just breathe bracelet to my niece for Christmas but it was broken when she opened it and they would not replace the product. I also had bought an anklet for myself that broke within a week of wearing it. I originally thought it was just me mishandling the anklet but now with the faulty bracelet I can affirm that the products are cheaply made and defective. I do not recommend.

It took over 9 weeks to get my order that was only supposed to take 3 weeks. They never answered their phone and never responded to emails sent. Worst customer service ever. I do not recommend this company. I’m still waiting for my order to arrive. So much for the Christmas gifts I ordered!!

Ordered a set Nov. 17. Waited the 3 weeks that say is turnaround. Email them. Told next week they item is expected back in stock. A week later I'm told soon. No longer able to give a christmas gift, I ask to cancel my order. Sure! Immediately following "oh, your order is already shipped. 6 DAYS later I get shipping confirmation. It's being delivered today. December 26th. Now I'm out even more money because I had to buy a different gift in its place. I'll write a review on quality when I actually get it.

I placed an order with Be Strong over a month ago. All emails regarding my order have not been answered. I have repeatedly called the customer service number and no answer. I’m starting to think that I’ve been scammed... please DO NOT order anything from this company. Save yourself the anguish.

I placed an order on 11/1/9, as of today 12/12/19 nothing has been received, money gone!! Not one follow up, or email after order replaced. Don't waste your time or your money. I wish I hadn't. Seriously disappointed and tired of being screwed over

I ordered from this company on or about Nov. 19th. I can't even find a confirmation email and the money has already been taken out of my account. I still have yet to receive my order. Could this be the reason you are going out of business? I either want what I ordered our I want my money back.

I placed an order on November 15, 2019. It is now Dec 3, 2019 and I have not gotten my order. I replied to an email that confirmed my order a week ago and have not heard back. I don’t know what to think. Have I been robbed? Right now I give the lowest rating
