Broken Promises, No Accountability, and Refusal to Refund
My experience with Best Social Promotion was one of the worst online service experiences I have had.
I paid for a package to receive 4,000 YouTube watch hours, and I was explicitly told this would be delivered by the end of 2025. I kept waiting, followed up multiple times, and remained patient far longer than I should have.
By 6 April 2026, the service had still not been completed.
At that point, I requested a full refund, which was the only fair outcome given that the agreed service had not been delivered. Instead, I was told that a full refund was not possible and that they would only offer a partial refund.
That alone was bad enough. But the response I received afterwards was even worse. I was told, word for word:
“You can do as you want.”
That response was dismissive, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable.
In my view, this company:
did not honour its promise
did not treat the customer fairly
did not handle the dispute professionally
and did not behave like a trustworthy business

Based on my experience, I would strongly warn others to stay away.
