Mark was very quick and helpful in arranging a solicitor for an auction purchase with a 14 day completion requirement. This is the second time I've used Homeward Legal and wouldn't hesitate to use them on my next project. Very friendly on the phone, would recommend.

Since 6th october and i explained my audhd burnout and support with sale, mark promised good care and fixed fee and safe support. He has ghosted me since i sent ingormation in and called today and said he has away and suposed to call me back amd ignored me since delaying teo weeks of my sale. Terrible customer care and lack support for customers in hardship or disabilities.

My call was answered quickly and even though it was nearing their closing time Chris was very professional and answered my questions as well as give me a breakdown. He emailed me the quote in a couple of minutes which I was pleased about. When I called the following morning as wanted clarification on a couple of things again he was very professional and provided me with the answers which gave me the reassurance I was looking for. I was grateful for his patience and I found his whole telephone manner very polite and courteous. I would definitely recommend Homeward Legal based on their professionalism and price.

Chris has been so helpful during the process of me buying a shared ownership property. He has kindly guided me through all the small details as well making sure no process has been too complicated. I would definitely recommend as the response time is impeccable.

Very polite and helpful bunch

I cannot recommend this service.
They are brokers and don’t provide conveyancing services, in addition they are not regulated by Legal ombudsman and they sounded very proud of it when you claimed.
They input the wrong address on my record and failed to carry out basic checks, then expected me to catch their mistake.
To maximize their profit, they assigned my sale to a solicitor whose practice was closing within a month. Consequently, no work was carried out for three weeks, and I lost my buyers.
After sale failed, they didn’t refund fully.

Good and professional, reactive at all the time when you call them, also they got they "no Completion No fee" which helped me a lot.

Friendly advisors who are informative and knowledgeable.

Turns out they're not actually a legal firm, they just passed me off to a different one without me realising who were total garbage. I picked Homeward because they had good reviews (for what?) and then got stuck with one that clearly had terrible reviews - a company which almost collapse my sale and months later I'm still having to deal with the fallout of their ineptitudes. Homeward are bordering on being a scam!

Mark has been great, lovely man, very customer focused. Have only just paid deposit so can’t comment on full experience but thus far really good service.

Mark and Jane were extremely helpful, they got my auction pack review back to me within 3 days meaning Jane had to work over the weekend due to a short deadline. She was extremely efficient and Mark’s customer service was great. Unfortunately, my bid was unsuccessful but I definitely will be using again when looking to purchase another property through auction.

Having used this company 10 years ago for my last sale and purchase, I have returned to them again to handle my conveyancing for my current sale/purchase because of the excellent service they provided last time. I obtained an online quote very clearly detailed and was contacted by Chris Pearcy who helped me through the process as I had some questions, he promptly answered my queries and took instructions to proceed, very prompt responses and service. I am confident that I will receive the excellent service again as the last time, I highly recommend this company.
