My experience

My experience was great because I got what I ordered, customer service responded to my e-mails and updated me about my concern of when the doll will be shipped. Packaging was discreet as stated. Doll was in mint condition due to the packaging used to protect her.

- Use two people to transport the doll box, pick up horizontally.

Customer Service

I had a problem with my shipment, and I notified customer care about it and they were prompt in responding. They resolved my issue quickly and it was such a great experience. I've recommended Bestvibes to my friends! Great products and customer service!

This company has the most amazing, high quality products. They’re not absurdly expensive like other websites and have the highest quality for their prices. I’ve never seen a website with better products and quality than this one!!! I would 100% recommend this site to anyone in the market for a new toy 😉

As a 40 years old married with 2 kids

As a 40 years old married with 2 kids, I wanted to try something different when I can't play with the wife for obvious reasons. I do have a high drive so I'm tired of self care my self. I need it something different. This is the first time I've tried anything like this so I ordered from this company. I used the item twice and from start to finish with deliver etc I've been very happy. I'll def recommend this company and the products.

Original item I was interested in was out of stock in my country, so I chose a second item which was also out of stock. Bestvibe where very considerate as to my problem and recommended an item of similar quality. Thanks very much.

I made an order almost 5 days ago and contacted the staff 3 days ago but have yet to get a tracking number or reply from the support and it says 24-48 hours. It’s way past that…. and I see them reply on trustpilot like what…starting to think I got scammed
