Wonderful products with amazing quality

Wonderful products with such amazing quality, they are very responsive if you have any queries as well. The product I ordered arrived safely and promptly with no damage done to it or the box it came in. I am extremely pleased and would recommend getting toys from these guys!

Claimed 48 Hour shipping

Claimed 48 Hour shipping, I’ve emailed atleast 4 Times and got no response, it’s been 3 days since my order was placed and it’s still pending, also they sent me a useless email claiming my order had a tracking number and when I click on it it just takes me to website and shows me my order is still pending,👎👎👎

One of the BEST on the market!

So, I’ve been testing Adult Toys for about a year now and I’ve got to say THIS one is in the top 3 of all the toys I’ve tested. It’s innovative, functional and VERY effective at “doing the job” 😈

Multiple Settings for vibration and stroking capabilities. Easy to charge and definitely travel friendly. Fits in a suticase or duffel bag with no problem.

I highly recommend this toy for my fellas out there that want a different experience when it comes to “Self-Care”… get it!

No communication, slower than expected shipping, but great product.

Great website to lure in the customer and quick about taking my money but have received absolutely no communication from the company except a receipt.
No shipping or tracking info. No one answers messages through 'live chat'. (Which isn't even live as they send you straight to a message service.)
No response to service email address. It's been almost 2 weeks since I ordered with several attempts to contact the seller and nothing.

Finally received my order with no idea it was even going to arrive! That said poor shopping experience aside, the product exceeds expectations and I'm grateful the worst I dealt with was a lack of communication. Treat this like ordering from Temu... it could arrive at some point.

Further issues with this company

Further to my previous poor review of this company, I am adding a further review after finally getting a response from them.

Almost a month after ordering I am now being told that the product is in the warehouse but has not been put on the shelf (whatever that means, as I don't want it on the shelf I want it delivered) this means they haven't shipped it and also giving no timeframe whatsoever.

They have offered a different instead (the product they have offered is much cheaper than the original price of my original order before discount) rather than just sort out my original order which they have admitted is in the warehouse.

Further to the issues with them taking my money and not fulfilling the order, the customer service is terrible. They respond to reviews before bothering to respond directly to customers.

Completely non-responsive customer…

Completely non-responsive customer service. They do not answer emails, there is no phone number, and they do not staff the live chat. Will be forced to ask the bank for a credit card charge back.

Emails to service at bestvibe.com are returned undeliverable. It is IMPOSSIBLE to contact you for server.

I really like the toy

Add this to your arsenal

This toy definitely checks off some boxes. It's automated up and down motion removes the necessity to manually stroke which is awesome. It has three different speed settings, so there's a varied speed for whatever you're in the mood for. I will say it is a larger toy, so it carries a bit of weight. I would like to see it have a vibration setting to add to the pleasure.
