It took time and effort to get thing going

IT took a little time and effort to get the leaking mattress replaced.
Then the delivery took a lot longer than expected and the spare item is a little too small compared to the original one...

6 star compliments for the European…

6 star compliments for the European customer support / after sales team. My problem was solved within a few days. A small part was missing from my Lay-Z-Spa Havana purchase but 2 emails (Nicky & Marieke) and super polite replies. Today the missing part arrived at my house. The product Havana is great anyway: our (small) family enjoys the Jacuzzi every day. Hard to find these days, dedicated and efficient customer service so 6(!) stars for Bestway Europe. Mr. Dirk-Jan van Beek.
