Fabulous! Fabulous. Baja spa now up and running. I had a little trouble as the installations are not very clear and the images of buttons are too small! But not a bad product for the very reasonable price. There is no way that it can accommodate 4 people but that is OK as only I use it on getting up each morning

Spa hollywood Bad quality. 2 months of use in Quebec and already no longer works. After service is not up to par. We are putting socks in the trash to be polite. Will not buy a spa from them you will not have service.

Bought the pool for 699eur in July 22nd, dismantled it as recommended and stored in the house in the box. Set up June 23 at the weekend and let the water in, the pool now has many many holes, there weren't any holes last year. The floor structure consists of a straight, solid subsurface, XPS Styrodur panels, reinforcement and pond fleece and the pool on top of it. There were neither stones nor dirt on the pool underground or under the pool, not even when it was set up, the fleece was previously replaced with a new one. Bestway refuses warranty because according to their statement: "There can be holes due to incorrect assembly, storage, as well as mishaps during use." So I can't store more than the pool as recommended in the instructions and on the website. The pool was built on pond fleece, so no holes can form. And 2 adults know how to behave in such a pool. Note: I agree with the user here, Bestway does NOT have a right to a guarantee! So I strongly advise against buying it.
