Very Bad customer Service
We had very bad customer service from the receptionist. We were placed in this hotel as homeless by Enfield Council for over two months, and our last day was the 29 of March 2025 to leave the hotel. We even had a confirmation letter from the hotel. One of the customer services, I think her name was Olga. She came to our rooms on 28 of March(the day before) and asked us to leave the hotel at that moment in a disrespectful manner. Our last day was supposed to be the next day. She locked us out of our doors. Me and my wife and my two-year-old daughter had to wait outside the reception whilst all our stuff were in the rooms. I asked her if I could get my medication as I am a diabetic, however, she denied. Everything was locked in our rooms, including documents. She was so rude and arrogant. She should not be working as a receptionist.
