The Customer Service support at Besyner…

The Customer Service support at Besyner was one of the best experiences I've had with an on-line order. They were incredibly responsive in such a timely manner. They were empathetic to my concerns and very reassuring my order was in route. The superior quality and uniqueness of the items I ordered make me excited to gift them on Christmas Day. I will continue to shop with Besyner for future gift ideas.

Computer malfunction

Due to a computer malfunction, two separate orders for an item were placed, BY MISTAKE. By the time I realized this, the orders were already in shipment.

When I asked if these shipments could be stopped/orders canceled, they responded quickly, effectively and saved me the grief of dealing with product returns...which they would have accommodated if necessary.

My experience: these are honest, helpful people and I couldn't be happier with what they did for me!

They guarantee satisfaction

I had concerns with their quality control based on my previous issues with a company based in China. They are American based and they totally addressed my concerns. They guarantee satisfaction.

Last weekend was the first time I dared…

Last weekend was the first time I dared to walk in sandals. I’ve been using this for almost 8 weeks now and you can barely tell I have toe nail fungus anymore. I think it might actually be fully gone at this point.
