I tried to log into my account

I tried to log into my account, no luck! I tried to change password, no luck. I received a code and followed all the instructions, I ended up talking to someone on virtual. They took all my details. I was then given a long list of possibilities why my account was closed. The only thing on there I had done was log into my account whilst in USA, I didnt know you couldnt. I have tried ringing and am told I need to go to website. The email is not live and my complaint bounced back. I just want my account back to make small bets for some fun.

Beware of Bet 365 !

Even though I had not used the services of Bet365 for a year--I decided to have a flutter only to find my account was blocked-After I rang to complain, I was handed over to customer support who informed me my bank had instructed them to end my account. Of course, nothing of the sort had happened--Bet365 decided to end my account--and keep all the money themselves. Perhaps I should get the Police involved!
