Great helpful service and the quality of the jacket couldn't be better although the size guid is not accurate when I got in touch with them they soon sorted out my size with the measurements I gave them and it's a perfect fitting it's light, warm and above all 100% waterproof when I wore it out in heavy rain, it was delivered ahead of time as well
