Financial Grievance and Lack of Support
I am writing this to report a serious issue regarding a deposit that has not been credited to my account. On February 6th, 2026, at 09:45, I made a deposit via Bank Transfer. Although the funds have clearly left my bank account and reached the recipient bank, the amount has still not been reflected in my Betandyou balance.
I contacted the customer support team immediately. They informed me that the process would take 1 to 4 days. That period has now expired, and there has been absolutely no resolution.

The support team is extremely indifferent and unhelpful. Instead of providing a solution or a status update, they simply ignore or block communication when they cannot provide an answer. This level of service is unacceptable for a platform handling financial transactions.
I have attached all necessary evidence, including the official bank receipt (transfer confirmation) and screenshots of my conversations with the support team.
I demand that my deposit be credited to my account immediately. I will continue to post this grievance on all international forums and licensing authorities until this matter is resolved.
