If you're serious about sports betting, avoid Betano at all cost! After a couple of days betting on sports (with a mix of wins and losses), they limited my max bet size to under $2 (truly laughable). Customer service made it sound like I was criminal (my bets were all between $100-$250, so nothing crazy) and basically said there was nothing that can be done. Hope they lose all their customers for these sketchy practices and move out of the Canadian market.

Deposits and withdrawals are seamless. I am new and didn't have auto deposit set up, but as soon as I did, my withdrawal was deposited within 30 minutes, as stated on their website. Worst App Ever

I deposited 5k and played and all of a sudden when its time to withdraw they ask me to send in my card pictures so I do any they get verified yet i've been waiting 4 weeks to get my money? These guys are crooks

App slows down massively during peak sports hours namely Saturday and Sunday afternoons. It makes the app more or less unusable; good luck trying to make a 5 leg parlay across different sports. It’s also been this way for over 4 years.

Had a terrible experience with support. They introduced a fantasy option for user to play for free and win bet credits. i came second and won 50$ in bet credits and have been going back and forth with support now for over 10 days and I have never received my bet credits that i rightfully won in the fantasy. be weary as the support is very slow, they don't solve your case and you may never see bet credits you've won. There has been other issues with promotions but this was my main experience.
