I placed 8 bets Rugby Union bets on Super Rugby Pacific matches. All bets were on teams to either win their match or on the handicap in the game. 6 of my bets won and 2 of my bets lost.

The bets were placed in advance of the matches starting and are of a high standard. They are live on TV across the world and every bookmaker in the world was betting on them (with relatively similar prices).

When I went to withdraw my winnings I was asked to verify my account which I did. 8 days later I received the following email.

Following a review of your recent gameplay activity, we have identified the use of betting techniques that are prohibited under our Terms and Conditions. Specifically, our rules state:

“In the interests of fair play on our Sites, it is prohibited to utilise any recognised betting techniques to circumvent the standard house edge in our games. If the game play on your account indicates that you are using such betting techniques we shall confiscate all winnings associated with the prohibited activity and may restrict account functionality.”

In line with this policy, we have:

Confiscated any winnings associated with the prohibited activity

These actions have been taken to protect the integrity of our games and ensure fair play for all participants.

I don't understand why this has happened. These were legitimate bets on high profile events.

They have no responded to my query for further information surrounding their decision.

Scammers 100%, used a bonus for which most sites you have to spend 40x the amount to withdraw. Did that then they dont tell me but suddenly my winnings dropped from 8000$ to 1200$ out of the blue to which they said i can only claim 5x my deposit in winnings which would of been 1500$ but of course they said oh but i kept playing after it dropped (without my knowledge) so thats on me. Ridiculous then i figured I'll take what i can get so i withdrew and 2 days later they say oh you forfeit your winnings if you bet more than 3$ bets. Total scammers dont fall for it

Everything they say is true, I made a deposit of 50 euros for the test, won 60, at first they didn't want to withdraw at all, then I put this money on, I wanted to check whether it was true or not. The money was not withdrawn for 2 days, they requested documents for verification. I have sent them all the documents they requested. Now even my deposit has been reset to zero on my account, but the winnings have not been withdrawn, that is, my deposit of 50 euros has been stolen. Do not register here, do not enter in any case. Tech support just stopped responding to me, and the AI bot no longer switches me to real people. ITS SCAM!!!

All what others saying here is true. This is scam site, i have turnover by playing one month bonus about 2,2k € while lossing deposit which is about 50% of that ammount. At the end of the Road my account been highly limited but anyway i went through and after that cannot make withdraw, then 2 days ago money dissappeard from the account.

Was using this site for a couple of weeks betting on major sports leagues. (NBA, ATP Tennis ect) And after a that couple of weeks i logged into place another bet and my stake was limited to just $1, Which happens from time to time when they dont want to take your action anymore. So i went onto to withdraw my funds $1,826 and waited for the funds to be sent to me.

Nothing came, and i asked them regularly what was happening and when i should expect my funds. first i was told within 24 hours, then 24-72 hours. All of these deadlines passed and all i was getting from the live chat support was copy and paste replies, we have forwarded your payment market as urgent to the payment department ect.

I sent them emails and received no reply during this time as well.

After exactly 14 days i received an email from Betbeast, and like other bad reviews on trustpilot it said.

Which i deny and have also started a complaint on the Casino guru forum about them, give this site a hard pass because it you go on to win from these scammers they will inevitably keep the money and only refund you your deposit amount

Money ($2187 CAD) stolen for no reason. Placed only single game wagers on major sports leagues with common odds. Here is the message from these thieves with absolutely no reply from numerous emails afterwards.

Absolute crooks and scammers please stay away if you plan on winning any wagers.

Number of emails to close account still received emails of these clowns,games are lagging and bonus levels dont exist unless u have bonus funds

This site is scam i won $4200 and they stole it they said you break our term and conditions. And give me no clarification. I played fair and won money but they give me nothing they take away money.

Scammers ! My winnings just disappeared. The agent could not even speak english properly and just told me i won nothing. There are no betslips or logs to check your previous bets or wagering. They are 100% scammers

So, if you only deposited, everything is ok. If you win, they stole your winning, no chance to withdraw more money than you deposited.

Before I played here, I thought that Winnerz Casino for ex is the worst. But this one, is much worst then any other I ever played before. The connection on the website in Year 2026 is like from 80'. 5 minutes loading time for 99% of time when you choose the slot you want to play. After first deposit I had one big win . Not so big 180x stake on 3 euro , but that was all. After 3 more deposits I realized that many feature bonus on 2 and 3 euro stake pays not more then 30x stake. The live chat is useless and anyway until 23:00. After that nobody is in the live chat anymore. On special websites says instant withdrawal. Forget it. I tried After first deposit and that one bigger win to try a withdrawal. I think 7 8 hours later nothing happened. So forget it. Nothing good here . But the worst ever is the connection. I deposited 2000€ for the 150% up to 3000€ sports bonus. I lost the 2000€ and started betting with the 3000€ bonus to complete the 25.000€ rollover requirements. I am now down to 15.000€ and have 4500€ left. Now they decided to limit me to bets <1€. I would have to basically do 10 hours of non stop betting without ANY breaks for every day of the remaining 12 days I got to complete the rollover. This means their bonus is a scam as it is not possible for any normal human to complete. Dont deposit there. If you lose everything it's fine, but once you start winning, their high rollover requirements give them enough time to limit your account so you cant win in that case either.

You only win with the welcome bonus, after that you deposit over and over and just loose everything no wins.

I wait always on my payout but they didn't response since 13 November, they said my account is under review and no withdrawal are allowed, for which no reason, I can always into my account

Deposited 100 with a 50 bonus match. Played blackjack and ran balance up to 2000. Decided to cancel the bonus and was left with 1200 of my own funds portion of winnings. Betbeast refused to pay out and decided to confiscate all portions of winnings with my own funds claiming I violated terms and conditions by making bets over $5 with the bonus, even though the bonus was cancelled and the remaining winnings were from my own funds.

Be careful of this Curaçao licensed casino. They are unregulated and will do anything to prevent a payout from happening.
