Very disappointing experience with this casino.

The support is extremely slow and not helpful at all. I was given incorrect information, which led to the wrong bonus being activated. Despite contacting support multiple times, the issue was not resolved in a reasonable time.

Instead of fixing a simple mistake, they kept passing me between departments and delaying the process. In the end, I was asked to complete additional verification, even though the error was clearly on their side.

This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. I will definitely not play here again.

My experience with Betblast, Puppybet and Betiro has been extremely disappointing. My account was suddenly closed and the remaining balance was confiscated without a clear explanation. Despite multiple attempts to get clarification, the responses remained vague and only referred to general terms and conditions without any concrete justification.

What is most concerning is the lack of transparency. They mention “possible violations,” but provide no specific details. This leaves users without a fair opportunity to respond or resolve any potential misunderstandings.

I strongly advise others to be cautious when using Betblast, Betiro and Puppybet. If something goes wrong, it appears very difficult to recover your funds or receive a proper explanation.

For me, this is sufficient reason to escalate the matter through external authorities.

A company positioning itself as a crypto bookmaker doesn't allow you to top up your balance with cryptocurrency, requiring you to top it up with a card. This is absurd and shameful.

The reviews have really shocked me tbh! I’ve been with betblast a while now. Never had an issue. I deposit, play and if I’m lucky enough withdraw. I’ve had about 4 or 5 withdrawals with no issues at all, unless it’s updating a document. I deposit by my visa debit card or Apple Pay and withdraw to my bank. UK based. Just to add I never get involved in any bonuses so no views on them.

This site is an absolute scam, I deposited money and activated the bonus money, i won 3K, after i tried to withdraw they closed the account and took all my money. Do not use this site!

The website works fine while playing. It's nice and clear, but forget about them crediting you with a bonus. If you've made multiple deposits, they'll just say they won't credit you at the discretion of our system and dedicated team. There's always an excuse. Sometimes it's the system, sometimes it's activity, sometimes it's a gesture of goodwill that's not there. I don't recommend it. I'm not happy with myself for choosing Bet Blast. I don't recommend it to those who don't want to help you play, they just want to fill your wallet.

Nice weekly bonus 60% (with very low wager, only x10)
What you need to know, if you playing with bonus money, and you will make some mistake with bet amount (max 5 euro), they will confiscate all winnings.
Very low withdraw limits, 7k week. and 15 mountly. if you are serious gambler you need to avoid casino with those limits (I think casino need to think about it!)

My daughter deposited 40 and the site is no longer availiable to uk players she used my card to make deposit by accident amyway when withdtawing they shut my daughters account down straight after tried emailing request proof of card both are ids which i have done but still no reply good taking ypur money but cant give back cpuld not play on any games at all once a good site is now disguisting will keep everyone updated

I lost €1,188.00 on this site, which is run by EOD Code SRL, while they are offering gambling in the Netherlands without a license from the Kansspelautoriteit (Dutch Gambling Authority). This means players like me are not protected by law.

Scamming casino, low rtp and doesnt give you your money

This is a casino where the RTP seems to be ZERO. Be advised you wont win anything here. Lots rewards en cashback systems, but for this is at an reasonable percentage you need to spend at least 10000 euros.
So take this advice: avoid playing here.
At best avoid gambling in the first place..in the end the casino always wins.
