I joined for the attractive offer of the free bet. Unfortunately I should have read the smallprint prior. I am only really bet on main events nowadays so joined for Golf Masters and Aintree Festival. This is basically a service designed for football accumulators, it does not allow you to do Each Way Antipost bets, so I ended up betting on top 10 only for the golf. The free bets are fixed to £15 accumulators of at least 3 or more, when you bet £15 on an accumulator - something you would never do in golf, and rarely in Horseracing. If footy accumulators is your thing, then this is site for you, I'll be closing my account as soon as the masters is over.

Would give them 0 stars if I could... First time using them, I like accumulator bets thought it would be perfect until I won some money.. my account was already verified before I tried to withdraw.. then the circus started with sending all types of identification and utility bill etc etc no matter what I have sent is not good enough for bet bull.. my account has been frozen with nearly £500 and chat can't do anything for me.. avoid at all costs.

Withdrawals not bad timewise and emails get answered quickly so can't complain there

but the interface is very confusing. Is this a bookmaker or social media? I don't want to see other peoples bets and don't want them to see mine and don't want to be on the leaderboard. It's too clunky
You shouldn't have to click a button to go to the sportsbook it should be the main page you see

And then finding what you want especially horses is an absolute nightmare. I kept getting a list of others peoples bets when I just wanted to bet at Lingfield today. It's very complicated and messy and needs simplifying

Have had no problems with this site. I quite like the overall concept. Used the deposit for matched free bets. Read the terms and conditions as free bets need to be used for accas not a normal straight up win bet. But used them all over Cheltenham and won a nice bit of money. Cashed out and money was in my account within 48 hours.

I made a £100 bet to receive BetBull's introductory free £100 bet offer. DO NOT DO THIS! BetBull's terms and conditions are unbelievably difficult and confusing to navigate. I placed another bet by accident, contacted customer service immediately and they refused to refund my bet.

Shocking customer service, starting to think it's a scam. Been waiting 3 weeks for them to activate my account and can't even withdraw the £10 I put in. AVOID.

No issues with this site. Joined 2 weeks ago, deposited and won consistently during international break, also won with free bets from welcome offer, withdrew today and was in my bank 4 hours later, (no docs needed). Site navigation not bad but could be better, best odds on horses doesn’t seem to apply on my only bet on the horses and the casino slots aren’t great

Good Lord this is a dreadful thieving bookmaker. They have taken my money no problem at all but will not giv it me back. I had problems from the start so didn't even place a bet with them just tried to withdraw my original deposit. 2 weeks later still no joy. Easy enough for them to take my money dreadful at giving it back. Charlatans.

I am becoming increasingly worried about my funds after reading all the negative reviews on here. I made a withdrawal request well over a week ago and have not received my funds. I have been onto 'support' several times to no avail who just say they have escalated the problem. Smaller amounts have been refunded with no issue, but now that it is nearly £300 they are withholding it with no explaination.

I like the concept of this app. The layout is terrible though sometimes you’ll accidentally put the wrong bet on as the wording will be confusing on some bets. The real reason for the 1 star is that Betbull will occasionally have errors where it says you’re bet didn’t place so you try again and the same error occurs. Then before you know it all your money is out of your account from repeated bets that I was told didn’t go on and Betbull won’t return it even though the error is in their app. The bets aren’t in your bet history so had those same bets won you won’t receive winnings for them. Their resolution was to give me a partial refund instead of a full refund of money which I don’t think is fair so I have since deleted the app.

They don’t let you withdraw. Withdrew request a week ago and still no approval on a fully verified account. Talk to cs and send an email and they say escalated to financial team they will reply within 24-48 hrs but they never do, never got a reply back from email. How can this be allowed it’s deffo illegal robbing people of a simple 156 pounds. Even under bad reviews you see them copy and paste the same message there’s no care taken to be problem specific.

Casino is an absolute con, avoid like the plague

Signed up and my email address was typed in incorrectly, been contacting betbull through emails and live chats for over a month and no one seems capable of fixing a simple task and they have left my account shut as a result of something they aren’t helping me with! Amateurs unhelpful and a waste of time!

I think I have been lucky them. No I didnt lots of money but they did honour the free bets offer and the cheltham insurance bets. I had to contact customer service on the webchat and got to chat with someone. Mind you this was before chelt and so may be they were not busy that day. The app is a bit strange. It is trying to create some sort of social network betting thing. range of events seemed more limited and they really want to push accas but then so do all bookies as they make more money that way,

Total scam. Been with this company over a year and no problems at all, as my bets were losing. All of a sudden I have a win and make a withdrawal, they want all sorts of documents. So I requested account closure. Still no withdrawal in my bank so I emailed them and they then respond with you've broken our TnC's we are keeping your money. I have just now opened a small claims court request against them.

Scammers......signed up 16th march..had email my account was verified...deposited £20...tried to place bet..but app kepted crashing...so withdrawed £20 immediately..Wednesday £20 hadn't been approved...then got email saying needed proof...sent passport and card details....week on still waiting for my £20 back...sent email after email..no reply..they just ignore u.....live chat wait ages..then same story everytime....avoid at all cost...the way this is being handled appealing..I just want my £20 back......

Joined for their offer on Cheltenham and instead of free bets for horse racing I was given accumulator bets. Tried for days waiting hours at a time on chat for no response. By the time customer service came back to me, they said the festival was finished and nothing they could do. Utter waste of time. Avoid at all costs. Edit: I understand bookies make mistakes, the customer service department even apologised for it. However, most bookies go over an above to rectify the error. Being told "unfortunately the events over so we will not honour the welcome offer" just isn't good enough. Worst customer service I've ever had...

Do not use, very laggy, was trying to place a bet for ten minutes kept saying error which then went on to win. Happened a few times now with errors, a lot easier to use other betting websites

Won 1.200£ , when I tried to withdraw they blocked my account, I gave them all the proof for verification and they don’t reply anymore SCAM !!!!! Avoid at alll costs if you don’t wanna lose your money, they should be in prison not running bussines
