Worst company i have ever seen , if you play blackjack they using bots to buat your hand if you have 20 and need to get 21 for bust bot goes split and dealer take 21 several times then if you goes angry or yell them to scammer they ban you whole life even if you invest 20 k doesnt matter also fake lots of games and no bonus buy excuses is allways fake either

Many reviews on trustpilot point out that Betcity has fast withdrawals, they're often written by somebody called "Mario". My experience is different from the Marios.

Fake reviews often try to turn the negatives into a positive. Whilst depositing money is instantaneous, withdrawals are no faster or slower than their competitors. But that's when they actually pay. In the vast majority of cases withdrawals are refused. Leading to a game of eternal ping pong where the request has to be put in time and time again until it is eventually approved.

When raised with them on multiple occassions the answer is always the same - to point to a term buried in their terms and conditions that deposits need to be played around. This is done regardless of whether deposits have been played around, or whether somebody is withdrawing money over and above the deposit. It is simply a standardised answers staff have been told to give for their frequent and random refusals to give customers their money.

Betcity runs a lot of promotions. These of course cost money and that's paid for by two things. Firstly, the prices/odds are generally marginally worse than competitors. Secondly it's covered by the fact that these very often require deposits and due to the unclarity of the terms when customers deposit money and the fact they just refuse withdrawals somewhat randomly and staff don't generally know what the terms and conditions that they're quoting actually say, customers can be duped. That's no way to operate a business.

The promotions are generally credited to your account though. In 6 months I had one that they did not. For this I should have received 12 euros of free bets. I also had an issue where there were problems in a Blackjack game and 8 euros worth of bets should clearly have been voided. Given the volume I bet, these should be trivial things to fix for any legitimate online casino. Betcity launched an "investigation" in to the Blackjack issue, which resulted in them listing what the cards were in 3 of the 8 hands I had pointed out and seemed surprised that I didn't consider that an investigation. Ultimately I was credited with 10 euros for the free bet I should have received, not 12. Which I pointed out and was credited another 10 euros, later to be wrongly told I shouldn't have received any of it and so the difference was to cover the Blackjack issue. "Free bets" are, of course, themselves a bit misleading. They're not worth their face value, but somewhere around half. So 8 euros in free bets is not 8 euros in cash, but they expected I'd believe it was. It makes they're attitude that all customers will blindly believe anything they're told by them crystal clear.

On complaining further, my account was blocked without notification so that I couldn't "play" any more. This, of course, means they gave me free bets (part owed, part alledged compensation for the dodgy Blackjack games) that are only playable by them, claimed that was sufficient compensation, and then set about preventing me from using them in any case. I take the opinion that that's exactly the same as admitting they owe compensation but then not giving it. Given the serious trustworthyness issues, I had of course removed all real cash I had deposited with them. So "playing" was never on the table. It's also a small amount of money. But there is a principle here - if they do this to me, they're doing it to others.

They're free not to take my business, they weren't going to get any. But the actions in regards to not paying out what they owe and the shadyness, deception, and trickery make it impossible to recommend them to others. Sure you get good promotions, but if you're not paying for those with bad odds, you're paying with the fact that they're more likely than not not going to pay you your money or what they owe you. You'd have more success putting your money in a box, filling it with vipers, and trying to withdraw it from there. It's pretty much the same thing!

Since I became a member at BetCity, I have joined the 'refer a friend' program (affiliate program). Since then. multiple of my friends signed up with my referral link, every time a friend did this, I received 50 euros. Somehow, the refer a friend program got canceled on the 25-04, without notifying the people using this (including me). At least two friends joined BetCity on the 24-04, I contacted customer support and they told me the refer-a-friend program got canceled on the 25-04. Then I told them that I had at least three friends signing up on the 24th, so I should still receive 150 euros bonus cash. Since then, they are not responding to my emails and I have still received no bonus for signing up three people with their platform. I am writing this review because I want to notify other people about my experience, I don't think BetCity is a trustworthy platform and I would not recommend playing with them as they might keep your money. BetCity, please get in contact with me and solve this issue, I still hope that we can work something out.

I made a mistake but BetCity was happy to help me out!

I made a deposit to use a promotion. My transaction suddenly needed a second check. According to customer service, I would miss the promotion, as the transaction would be approved after the promotion ended.

I asked for a refund of the transaction, but this could not be done, as you'll need use all your money in casino games before you can cash out again. The customer service agent tried to blame me for not knowing the terms and causing the situation myself, but there was no way I could've known that a second check would be needed for the transaction, and that that would cause me to miss out on the promotion.

This is the worst casino in the Netherlands in my opinion. I deposited €40 and I only played with €10. I won the €10 bet so I had €50. Betcity would not pay out my funds because it is "suspicious" so I have to play with my entire deposit of €40 before I can withdraw my money. I immediately contacted support. They say i need to bet about €30 more to withdraw my money. I have never encountered this with any other casino!! Je word voor de gek gehouden!!

The main advantage of this casino for me is the feeling of trustworthiness. Transparent terms and conditions, all the slots are on the correct RTP, quick cashouts and friendly staff. A great site for a relaxing casino experience

Here is my review:
1. Registration: Very good. 100 times better than HollandCasino.
2. Payment time: reasonable 1 to 2 days. if you withdraw above 5k, they take few more days. But, if you did it right, they will honor your withdrawal.
3. Great collection of games. They should add more nolimitcity and hacksaw games in the future.
4. Chat: its in dutch, but i see them switch to english
5. I had huge winnings. deposited around 4K and won 30K in a 1 month duration. Never had issues getting paid by them.
I completely trust this casino. Verdict: Top notch casino.
