I want to share my experiences playing at Betcoin Casino. After winning around 2500 euros, my account was blocked without any notice. I warn you because you might have the same problem when you win more money than you deposited there.

I think this site is a complete fraud, I registered on there platform and I played a couple of bets and I won. Then I placed a withdrawal request but wasn't paid for some hours, then I chatted them up and I was told to create a support ticket which I did, support told my to submit some documents, which I did . Now I am unable to access my account and they are not replying my messages.

I have sent them message as requested by there representative on trustpilot but still no response for days now . I will keep updates here as regarding there action.
I won't advice anybody to play with them, they can't be trusted to payout winnings.

I deposited 100$ played for a few days and lost like 20$. Today when I tried to login I received the message that my account was disabled. I have no idea why and I tried to contact customer service through live chat. They told me to email support (I did) and still no answer. Live support now ignores me and I still cannot login and have no explanation.

What is going on???

EDIT: I got a reply telling me to send and email, but I have sent several emails to support and received 0 replies. The live chat is ignoring me and they are plain and simply keeping my deposit for no reason. I will file a complaint but not sure this will get solved. If it does get solved I’ll make sure to edit this post.
