These are scammers whose website is not blocked in Bulgaria. They do not have a license, they accept players from Bulgaria and cheat them. They blocked €1,000 of my money and said that if I place one bet with odds of 2 on the entire amount, they will withdraw the money. This is completely illegal!

I passed verification. I ordered a payment, they cancelled it and the support service told me to write to email. I have already written to them several times and there is no answer and the money is not withdrawn. It has been like this for more than a week, although I passed verification. All these positive reviews are a scam. They themselves create fake positive reviews here on purpose to lure customers and rip them off.

Withdrawal Pending for Over 3 Days – Extremely Poor Support and No Resolution
I requested a withdrawal of €1,800 on June 4, 2025, and it has now been over 3 full days with the status still showing pending. Despite multiple contacts with customer support via live chat, I have only received vague promises that the “appropriate team” has been informed and that I should wait. No one has provided a clear timeline or actual resolution.
Support agents repeatedly told me to wait and that my case was escalated, but after 4 days, I still have no money and no proper updates. When I pressed for answers, I was accused of “threatening” them and the chat was abruptly closed.
This is unacceptable for any serious gambling platform. If you are considering using Betflip, be aware that withdrawing your winnings might take an unreasonably long time, and support may not help you properly.
