Awful site, never respond to emails and never paid me out when I would win. Wouldn’t advise anyone to use this site.

Absolutely brilliant site really enjoyed and loved all the games

First and foremost; All their 5 star ratings are fake and paid.

This casino is far from a 5 star experience. Once you win and they know you have a pending withdrawal, they will request the most weird documents in order to “verify yourself”. Of course, in the meantime they hope that you lose your winnings.

For some reason, the so called “verification department” takes up to 72 to review a document, and sometimes even 96 hours. In my case, it has been 100+ hours (i stopped counting, 1 full week), even though the promised me, that deadline would be today. Surprise, surprise - it wasn’t. Useless. Disgraceful.

The customer support is unprofessional, arrogant and useless and when informing that legal action will be taking towards their site, they threaten to close your whole account.

Also, they claim to have “Special Conditions” for certain bets, that somehow goes AGAINST their ordinary Terms and conditions, so be aware when sportsbetting. All outcomes will always turn out in their favour. It’s disgusting.

I have been playing for 10 years now, and even the most sketchy and dodgy site haven’t treated me this bad, hence why I also have to make this review. Please STAY AWAY, trust me!!!

They exclude a huge range of games fro. Their bonus terms. If you win on the welcome bonus like I did , well over 4k it all gets refused if you played one of the listed games. It's a total con. They don't tell you before you buy which games or how far you've wagered you need to keep asking.
