Query regarding complaints refusing to pay.

Can you clarify if I have a legitimate query, please?
I have been betting with Betibet for a number of months. I use my mother's card. Which I have permission to use. I have used this card approximately 19 times without any issues. Winning small amounts and being allowed to play and use my winnings .
I then won €9,000 i carried on playing. However, I decided to withdraw my winnings. This is when the card became an issue. They have refused to let me withdraw my winnings. I'm confused and left with no answers to my query. They have only said the terms and conditions regarding a 3rd party card are not allowed. That's that.
There are no issues if I continue to spend my winnings, but there is only when I went to withdraw the same winnings. This is where I feel the rules have now come into play. OK, to use card take my money but a different story when I win and want my rightful winnings. Your help in this matter is much appreciated.

Bonus Scammers and KYC flakes

Signed up strictly for the welcome bonus, which did not appear after I met the criteria. I had to contact support who told me that that I was ineligible. Mind you this is AFTER depositing! When I asked why I was ineligible they were not able to provide me an answer beyond "it is the decision of our financial team”. This would be bad enough, but they then proceeded to make me jump through endless hoops to verify my identity, and then claimed in order to withdraw I needed to meet a 3x wagering requirement. So basically they’ll take my money with no hiccups, deny me the bonus for no stated reason beyond “it was the decision of our financial team”, and then force me to use their book in order to even make a withdrawal. Avoid at all costs.

The verification takes a long time to…

The verification takes a long time to be approved. Most especially very unprofessional casino. When you win they try every tricks so you won't get your winnings. They tell it's $1,600 limit everyday but they cancelled my withdrawal with the reason that I have done an over limit with withdrawal time, which is wrong. I did only once in 2 days. Stay away from this casino. No good specially when you win. They cancelled my withdrawal almost 3 days after it has been pending for withdrawal. The withdrawal timeframe is 1-3 days. When I thought I’ll receive it that day or the next day that’s the time they cancelled. Seems suspicious right? Why did they wait for almost 3 days to cancel and telling me I exceeded the limit per withdrawal while in fact I did not. I can send photos of convo between me and the manager regarding the cancelled withdrawal.

I deposited 1.250€ and for more than one week!! the money is not in my account. My VIP manager named Amy is always telling me "be patient, it is part of the process, it can happen, calm down..."

I haven't received my 2100 EUR funds! I've waited for over two weeks! Hilarious support...

I've been waiting for my funds since July 4th.
I can't deal with this anymore.
I'm verified everywhere / all documents accepted!
I need my 2100 EUR transferred to my bank account!
My account has been closed since 4th july according to gambling problems - that doesnt bother me, I talked with my VIP manager, Amy, and she closed it permanently. I still have 2100 EUR balance on their site.
I did follow every rule about wager my deposit x3 - I did everything correct. My manager have my gambling history sent to me.
I've been told to wait, wait and wait. "Don't worry, you will get your funds". It's now been two weeks and I havent heard anything. I've contacted support every single day since july 4th. Just the same lame answer "dont worry".
Of course I am worried! I don't hear anything!!!
It's a lot of money. I'm really upset...
So for now, my money has actually just been stolen/kept locked.. That is just my opinion.
I really didnt want to take this case further, but im so pissed and sad!
