Hm…..

I’ve been depositing and playing on the site for the last week. As I deposited alot I got a own personal VIP manager to anwser all the inquires. Whilst I got this manager the informationmail enchanted «fast verification» and «fast withdrawals».

So. All in all I found it a bit difficult to win compared to the amount I deposited with my card. This could be due to the RTP or luck, not sure. However, when I finally won (circa the equivalent to the amount i deposited) I requested a withdrawal through bank.

The withdrawal got rejected due to unprocessed KYC verification. I provided documents and waited. It all was handled rather quickly, but then the bank transfer through card was removed, so I requested a new one with MiFinity, had to provide new documents.

Now it has been almost 40h and all I get told by the manager is to wait and be patient due to quoue order. There isn’t any timeframe for the processing of withdrawals on this casinos terms and conditions which is rather unusual.

I’ve contacted the manager several times, last time wondering how long it usually takes for the processing. The response was «up to 3 days» without clarifying if its days or working days.

As I still haven’t recieved my funds I will put a «2 star» here and update you guys. The reason why I am giving 2stars is because I think the information given by «fast withdrawals» isn’t right and I feel rather uneasy about the whole situation right now.

Stay tuned.

After 48h+ it got approved and processed to MiFinity. Therefore I change the stars to 4/5.
I will not get full score because of the misinformation about «quick» withdrawals.

Withdraws cancelled for no reason and they just make up reasons as they go. No banktransfer awailable so when visa dosent work u need to withdraw your winnings in bitcoins and so on. No skrill, jeaton, netteller awailable.
