Guys i highly recommend you stay away from this platform. I’ve been with many platforms but this is by far the worse of them. Judging by the other reviews it’s quite clear what their business is all about. I was depositing €500+ per week into my account, losing every time, I wasn’t happy with that but kept playing I made a withdraw from my account of 100-300 maybe 3 times, i finally got a couple of wins and went to withdraw 650 euro and my account got froze. They said i needed to verify my account. Ok let’s verify my account, went to send in my documents and my bank statement with address on it was refused because it didn’t match the account because when I was setting up my account I was temporarily staying with my parents. I now have my own home which I have a government letter and bank statements with address on them and they are not excepting them until a specialist team review my case. This is going on days and every single member of customer service bar one, was useless. They won’t give you and answer for anything but they UNDERSTAND everything and every emotion you are feeling as a gambler. They tangle you up in a web and keep you there for as long as possible. The funny thing is, I would spent that 650 by the end of the week back on there platform and continue to put my money into it after that but instead they basically run you away from there business with this behaviour and customer experience

Proper fraud, deposited 1100 made up to 2080. They refuse to pay, account fully verified. And still they say we review your account but they dont ask anything to be verified.
Avoid at all cost guys. Review takes up to 30 days and they just stall.
