Bad customer service
Took time out as you do when things get too serious anyway after 6 months logged in and deposit money only to find out my timeout didn't end for another couple of months so I tried to withdraw my money only to be told by Archie in customer service (who wasn't nice at all ignoring my messages) that I have to wager my deposit at least once in order to withdraw my money they told me I was still able to play casino to which I explained I never play casino I only back horses,
