Sadly BetMGM is no longer a favourite
I have in the past rated this on line casino app much higher. I won 2 Leo Jackpots months ago now that came as a lovely surprise. Both close to £2000. However since then, ive only won the minimum one a couple of times. This is quickly swallowed up in play. Big wins have disappeared and when you play £1 per spin you do expect some return. BetMGM has slowly become a least favourite online casino app to play. The freebies really are not worth much either. The daily wheel offers nothing or 1 or 5 free spins and rarely any wins other than pennies at best. I know you can not rely on casinos, real or online but one does hope that there is some return, especially when you play as often as I do. It gets boring to be truthful. The thrill is in the win and when there are no wins there is no thrill or any reason to continue. So sadly BetMGM has gone down hill.

I’ve use BetMGM the past couple week now and at first it was very promising, it seemed to give as much as I put in but suddenly out of nowhere it has completely stopped paying out anything at all, I’ve staked between £200-£300 on 1 game this week and it hasn’t hit a single bonus once. It’s crazy to me how much of scam this website has turned out to be considering how much I liked it originally. Deposits have never been an issue, but my one and only withdrawal request turned into a drawn-out ordeal. I was asked THREE times to provide "proof of name change," despite there being no actual name change on my account.
My full legal name is Hepzi Marjori Premalatha Silvanas, which I use in shortened form of Hepzi Silvanas on my bank account and card. This is not a name change, just a shortened version of my full name, and it's been consistent everywhere. Yet each time I submitted documents, the same request came back again on the very same withdrawal.
The live chat support agents were unable to explain what exactly was mismatched, just repeated requests for the same documents with no real resolution.
If you're considering this platform: be prepared for your money to be much harder to get out than to put in.
