Good luck getting your money out
Made me go through process of validating my card multiple times before they let me withdraw my money, threatening to cancel my withdrawal and delete my account if I didn’t keep sending them photos of my bank card. They were quite happy to take the money off me when I deposited using that card a month before the withdrawal, so they were obviously just being awkward about giving me my money.

This site seems to not let you get the bonuses on games at all. Other sites I play on I hit the bonus a fair amount of times.
It withdrawal times are longer than most other providers.
Also scam you into signing up to get free bonuses, mine wasn't awarded. I contacted customer service and was told I did it wrong and im no longer eligible. Not helpful at all. Im now closing my account and will only be playing on the major sites like sky vegas and coral that dont scam people.
Editing to add, as I cant reply to their reply. I did contact customer support to be spoken to rudley. The whole site and customer service is a scam.

Just an update, did not think a site could get worse, but just played again (I know my fault) got on TWO bonus game playing the same game, 24 bonus spins (YIPEE) NO!! total returns £0.78p. You have been warned and yes I am definitely closing this account.
You are just not very good - Having received BetMGM's reply, let me explain. Just been on and I finally DID get on a bonus game, after 12 bonus spins (x 3 times any winnings) total returns £1.20.
