I had a nice little win, tried to withdraw and suddenly was logged out with the information of that the site was not available in my country!! (Uk) emailed and was told to log in and then log out!!! Kind of impossible when it won’t let me past the information screen of being unavailable in my country??????

I deposited on this website today and the money didn’t show on the site, I checked my account and it had been taken! I went to live support and told them and they said I had to wait for 30minutes! Whilst I was waiting I was curious and checked the live games, and none of them worked! They said something about the area I was in had no jurisdiction, I live in the uk! It’s a uk gambling license!? I then went back 30 minutes later as money hadn’t arrived and stated that I would call my bank and get them to stop the payment, within 30 seconds my account was deleted and I was thrown off the site! They then made it very difficult to prove that I had deposited! I literally had to drive to my bank and get a statement printed because it was the was the only thing they would except, even tho they told me before that they could see the payment I had made and it was pending? I obviously still haven’t received the money back…. I have since looked at the live chat via emails and it states that I made legal threats and that’s why they closed my account? I said I would contact the bank! Laughable!
