I'll give them a 2star only because of my personal experience. It all started around may, I made $7,000 in two weeks, they didn't let me fully cash out, instead they told me I'll have to wait til the 1st of the month to receive my money. When I became profitable they restricted how much I could place on a wager and live bets, instead a customer service representative gave me a incompetent answer as if I wasn't placing wagers at a certain amount prior. Also they take forever to disperse money, all in all I give them a D. If they don't fix this janky system avoid at all costs.

Very upset at my experience. I loaded up 50$ and I was playing some slots and some table games. I had a rollover which is normal. But I was playing slots and I won a major bonus for 350$… so I was up to 450$… at this point I knew I had played through my roll over already BUT! apparently because of another glitch in the system the rollover was still there.. But guess what. They wouldn’t let me cash it out. I tried every method. The request payout just sent me to a CRASHED site. So upsetting. These guys limited me on every sport but MLB while simultaneously inviting me to deposit and partake in a 125% promobucks bonus. After receiving my $500 deposit they told me I need to verify my account (My account has already been verified btw). On top of that, their SMS verification keeps giving errors as I try to verify.
These stupid hoops they make you jump through just to get your OWN money back are annoying!
