I dislike the bugs..... like there were times when I place a bet and get logged out, then there are other times the game is running so smooth, but then it lags and you begin to lose. Those minor things that happen really cause ppl to get upset very quickly

The customer service reps are fine, but their blackjack software is clearly rigged. It has gotten to the point where I can predict what is going to happen. Any time you have any sort of positive variance, you will have an unsumountable losing streak. Losing 11 plus hand in a row several times in a 2-300 hand run is commonplace. It also detects when you raise your bet size and will make it impossible to win a single hand. Stay away

I like the table and slots, Win or lose, preferably win, but that's what I mess around with most.
I try betting on sports once in a while, but not much. The last time I just wanted to bet on the team I thought was going to win but I never did find just a straight across bet.
Overall BetOnline in my opinion is a good site. It's not perfect I'm sure and you don't want perfection anyway, because if it was perfect there's nowhere to improve only backwards.
Date of experience really doesn't apply to just one day for me.

Don’t believe their reviews if you live in states no reason to use these lowlife scammers! Their blackjack had like 5 21”s in a row . I stopped giving them my sports play along time ago. They don’t deserve it.
