ENG: It's the worst betting site out there. I've been waiting for a withdrawal for 14 days, and support just gives me the runaround or gives me deadlines that are never met. It's horrible. Don't spend a cent on this site; they won't give you your withdrawal.

I absolutely do not recommend and I advise you to avoid this bookmaker!!! It is a scam!! These positive reviews are only reviews of their live support, when for every problem, when you contact their live support, they ask you to appreciate them!! That's why so many positive reviews. But otherwise this bookmaker is one big scam. I deposited 80 Euro. I made a few bets, I won 30 Euro. After a few bets I got limits on bets, where I can bet max 2 Euro!! I decided to withdraw my winnings. They wanted me to verify my account, which I understand. I sent a copy of my ID, took a selfie through their app, the account was verified. I will make a withdrawal. After 48 hours, when nothing happened and the money was not sent, I wrote to live support and was told that the account was not verified, that I had to send more documents. So I sent them another photo of my ID, a driver's license, I sent them my bank statement, my Skrill account statement for the last 3 months, a selfie where I hold my ID in my hand and a document of the origin of my funds (old-age pension). I sent them all that and my account was verified again. So I want to make a new withdrawal of money and after 24 hours I find out that the account is not verified again and that they want the same documents from me that I already sent!! And it's been like this for a month now!!!! I've sent them the same documents 7 times already. One day the account is verified, but when I want to withdraw money, the account is not verified again and so on and so on!!! The last time they wanted me to send them a photocopy of a credit card that I've never deposited with this betting office or any other betting office!!! And it's like this over and over again!! I've been sending documents for more than a month now, my account is verified and I make a new withdrawal but then suddenly my account status changes to unverified and they want to send the same documents that I've already sent!!! So BEWARE!!! It's a fraudulent betting office and avoid it if you don't want to end up like me!!!!!
