Was going to give this casino a try even though the reviews were mixed, had trouble withdrawing at first, contacted support and they told me I had to wager 1x my initial deposit. Sure enough after wagering 1x I could withdraw the funds.
My experience was good, but it was not a lot of money involved.
I would tread carefully with larger sums.

I placed a withdrawal and for over 10 hours and didn't receive it. And I chatted customer service and is telling me rubbish
First of all at first thought the casino was you know mediocre but you know I kept depositing just like any other Casino hoping I'd win and then this last deposit it took 2 hours and I was like what's going on so I go back to check it and it says pending and so I talked to customer service they said oh sorry it didn't pass kyt and I said what the heck is that and they said it's no your transaction something we don't trust the wallet that you sent it from I'm like you don't you don't trust Exodus it's a well known wallet which doesn't make sense to me but whatever they have their rules or whatever so they tell me I'm so sorry for the inconvenience we're going to refund you your money to your wallet I said okay cool whatever so I send them my wallet address and the next day I go hey what's going on with my money you know they said oh yeah it's going to take up to 8 days I said excuse me I said 8 days I said you got my money within minutes how come I have to wait 8 days for you to return it it makes no sense so do not trust this casino whatsoever now I checked today it's been 4 days now and it used to say pending now it shows as that it failed permanently my transaction so I'm assuming okay so it failed that means that it's resolved so that my money should be in my account but they keep telling me the same thing over and over again telling me Oh we forwarded to the right department and they will get back to you via email that's all they keep saying to me so do not absolutely do not deposit into this casino they're fraud they're disgusting and i gamble on many casinos i will say by far there the worst!!!

This is a scam company in Southeast Asia. I deposited $250 and won $12. When I tried to withdraw $262, my request was rejected without any reason.
Same company as BetPanda.io a known scam. What has got me is their 8+ interlinked websites of the same name take only an email to establish but instantly cause your crypto wallets to flag as linked to fraud. I had to go through the exchange KYC to explain I had attributed my wallet with the casino website and they are still keeping my wallet frozen. WTF! Made worse the scale of spam you’ll then get from hundreds of affiliates just sending “free xyz” but these websites are even more dubious.

I want to warn everyone about BetPandaCasino. After depositing and playing according to the rules, my account was suddenly blocked and $2,193 was confiscated without any chance of withdrawal.
They asked me to complete KYC verification, which I did by sending all the required documents. Despite that, they blocked my account claiming I violated their terms and conditions – but they didn’t even specify which rule I supposedly broke. I received no explanation, no real response from support – just vague messages and evasive answers.
It feels like a scam – they gladly take your deposits, then come up with excuses to keep your money.
