Easy to deposit money, and lose it but once you win a good £2 bonus don't be exited I had many and max I got was £50. I mean yeah bonanza can be tricky that this low is just not possible.

do not use this casino as they take tooo long to withdraw your money i deposited and won a fair anogh amount after withdrawing that amount my account got restricted and they would no longer let me play been 2 days and they still will not give the money all the support team can say is wait please have patience they are happy however to let u deposit but rescrict u when u withdraw

Should have checked their trustpilot before depositing XD They didn't give me my welcome bonus after placing and settling a qualifyinf bet. And their website doesn't work properly on mobile.

Everyone here is exactly correct about this company. They are worthless. I did a spin and get bonus offer, the wheel landed on 75 but i only got a 10 bonus. They just said that's the way it is. This company is an absolute joke. I had several pending withdrawals and I had to keep going on daily to ask why there not being processed. Then I receive an email saying my accounts been closed and my winnings are void for no reason. Absolutes joke, stay away.

Please stay away from this bookie, they are happy to take your money but when you request withdrawal they do verifications for more then a week and is still pending even though I send everything. They should not operate under UK gambling rules stay away from them there are better options available for placing a bet or casinos.
I would give 0 starts if possible customer service keeps saying nothing they can do nor update on how long it takes for verifications.

i started using this company to get the bet £25 and get a £50 free bet. if your free bet wins you cannot withdraw until you have re-wagered your winnings at least once which is ok if you know this before you start. this is not a scam company like some of the reviews have said. i have had a few wins and the withdrawals have been in my bank within a day but you are charged a 1%fee which is not good and there is no live stream for the horse racing, other than that my experience has been ok

Do not use this company. They withhold withdrawals for days, request a ridiculous amount of documentation and do not pay out. Avoid at all costs

I wish I'd looked here first, They are total scum, rubbish site, too slow, you cant cant bet properly on the horses, some bets are not even accepted, they dont honour the free bet after deposit, Stay away,look at the reviews, & there are no replies from these scammers to one complaint. Ive looked it up & Im going to report them to the Gambling Commision. I hope others whove been stiched up read this & do the same. Im going to research people who catch scammers, get these robbers taken out of business, hopefully fined and jailed.

Useless rip.off merchants don't bother

Had £137 pending withdrawal for a week. Then got banned as they were searching for a way to reject it. Decided to say “duplicate accounts” but i have a twin sister… Stupid app - now forced to implement the UKGC, IBAS or even eCOGRA.

I placed a bet on the Grand National and got a free bet at the same time. I won. Due to the T &C of the free bet I had to make further bets which was ok. I won again and was then in a position to withdraw my money. I withdrew the money using PayPal which was the same account from which I paid the money in. I then got an email saying that the PayPal account wasn’t in my name(it’s in my husband’s name which is the same surname ) so unless I provided a handwritten letter from my husband saying that I had authorised use of the account plus photos of both of our passports they couldn’t send it. I went to report them on a betting dispute website and it said that the company wasn’t listed! Please beware as I’m not sure the company exist and I’ve certainly not had my money back.

I wish I could give zero star. I deposit and and got free bet for signing new and bet my bounce on football and won but didn’t get paid. These people are scums very unreliable total frauds.
I hate this company and when I connect via chat to Cutomer service they just ignored me and said rate out chat. Totally unacceptable and frustrating

They won’t honour the BB50 sign offer. Deposited £50 and didn’t get the £50 free bet. Customer services won’t help.

I have to say I was put off at first by negative reviews but I honestly don’t understand them, I joined deposited and withdrew my winnings which I received within the hour, so all good here
