DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, this site cannot be legitimate! I have been attempting to withdraw money llwon for weeks, provided a load of documents proving my identity and they have all been rejected, including driver's license and went as far as my birth certificate, and I'm 60 years old! There are so many legit sites out there that pay immediately. Don't give your money to these crooks!

Bet Rivers sucks!! They drag out the withdrawal process hoping to frustrate you enough to cancel and play again. Instead of stating up front that you get a withdrawal the way you paid - debit or card - they leave it vague. Then they slowly ask you for document after document after document - they even want access to your audio on your phone and demand a selfie, they want your id, front and back of license, bank statement and the list goes on- seriously. Their games are tight and it’s all designed so you lose. Listen to the bad reviews - don’t go to Bet Rivers even if they give you $1000 to register. They are crooks and scam artist, you will regret registering with them.

An absolute joke of a site. I am Diamond Elite with Caesars and VIP with Draft Kings. I deposited $3675 with BetRivers in 3 days. Wagered only $20,000 and withdrew $780. Same time I was playing FanDuel and deposited $7100 wagered over $117,000 and withdrew $8400. For math purposes I would have had to deposit 6 times of $3675 to match the wagering of FD equaling $22,000 with only withdrawing $4,680. That is theft. Like it should be illegal . Update** FanDuel is just as sleazy after you play awhile.

I had never gambled with an online casino in my life up until 6 months ago. Every week I deposit 30$ to play on slots. I chose 5 spins... and the first free spin bonus I won 1194.00$ I about *hit my pants for real... after composing myself, and cautiosly spinning a few more times, I clicked Withdraw for the first time. It said I was approved for RUSH withdraw and within 10 mins, I had that whole 1194.00 in my bank account as my debit card was my withdrawal choice. Went great... customer service was very kind and I felt they actually cared and wanted me to be happy. And I so am! I do not get all these 1 star reviews??

Betrivers is awful. every one working there is rude and they ignore you after they close your account. They are pathetic and disgusting, especially considering they are preying on 18, 19 year old kids.

Like every other gambling outlet...they are like drug dealers..nothing random about it...they will suck you in with freebies...let you win and then take everything from you...

Thieves, I was enjoying it for over a month now and out of the blue they gave me birthday money in which I had no idea that everything after that became bonus money and wasn't mine to withdraw

Would give this site minus zero. They are a complete ripoff. You never win. Win you win you lose with them. Had all 5 top spots in a golf tournament. They canceled all my winning bets and kept the ones I lost. They have a joke of a withdrawal policy. It will never let you complete pictures of your id to get your money. They will keep stealing your money but you need pictures of my id, passport and bank statement. They steal. They must be hiring scared college kids to act like managers to take abuse from the people they rip off. They claim you won the money on your tax form but you actually won nothing. They wind up keeping it. I cannot wait until this demon filled site is shut down.

Definitely a scam putting me through all this nonsense to withdrawal but didn’t do this when taking my deposits still waiting on my money uploaded all documents they requested and it’s still in review never ever gamble on this site they’re scammers and it’s sad

Should have came here first but i didn't. As all them 1 stars below are spot on... deposited 500 which did not last long... not a single payout. you only win on the bonus money they give you and its not a lot that you get. played a game with 400 in my account lost everything thinking it has to hit a bonus $3 spins biggest win was line pay of 10.80 on a 3 dollar spin.
i'll be reporting this company to the gaming committee for unfair play. stay away from betrivers draftkings fanduel. everyone i played at and all eventually rob your money.. at least the other 2 will make you think you are gonna win as they will payout when you first sign up then they will slowly take everything back you won.. thru hitting the lowest paying bonus games back to back to back... damn just gonna have to go to a real casino to play. that is the only way you might actually get a lucky payout.. other then a computer generating your outcome.

They stole 700 dollars from me and didn’t pay out on a bet I won using round robin. Customer service and they managers and supervisors don’t care. They are thieves and they are the worst. They are thieves. Bad luck is gonna be on this app for whoever uses it.

BetRivers was one of the biggest mistakes of my life. I was winning so they sent me an update for the account which was a program downloaded intended on mak in N.H. sure I wouldn’t win anymore. Then very abruptly they closed my account still with funds in it. It’s basically theft!! Stay away from Rivers at ALL COSTS!!!

To be honest I would have left a no star but was not a option! Don't waste your money and buy anything because you don't ever win! They will give you a little free money but that's just to get you started like giving a junkie just enough where you will want more, I can't speak for everyone but I don't like people that are like that so why give them anything? Won $150.00 and tried to withdraw the money from my account and the site wouldn't let me put it back on my credit card that I used to put money on the site. Contacted Customer Support more than 10 times, and the waiting time is more than 30 minutes every time. They said I would uploading more documents with my bank statements, copy of proof of cashed checks and more. These were just stalls without any real progress. So my frustration was so bad, I decided to play my money and it was just a losing way out of this situation. Lost everything, as I believe they intended me to do. Contacting Gaming Commission and filling a complaint.
