The second they see you ahead by any money. They start limiting your wagers. I used to be able to make $50 wagers No issue. Now everything has to be verified by one of their market specialists. Once again, just another way of making sure they staying control of your money and not actually being fair

Poor Coustmer service if they lock out be ready to a robot attitude with weeks waiting for real results

From my own experience using 5 sportsbooks in the last 12 years (a few of them I was using at the same time). I can 100% affirm that Betrivers is by far the worst Sportsbook I've used. Their marketing team is as stingy as it gets. Their customer service speed is as slow as it gets. Their resolution skills when issues and errors arise is undoubtedly the worst I've ever seen in any industry. They fail time and time again when it comes to taking accountability for their shortcomings. They used to be decent until about late 2024. After that, it's gone downhill big time. They aren't worth your time and money if you want a competent sportsbook. The most outrageous issue came when I detected that they were giving players half of the loyalty points entitlement for Sportsbook bets compared to what they had listed on their terms in Loyalty section. What did they do? They tried to create ridiculous excuses. Anything but take accountability. Right after they changed they adjusted the terms and pretended like it never happened. I have receipts (screenshots to prove everything)

I would give it less but 1 star is the least I've play on this app and a diffrent one with the same games and this site and never win on this one and win all the time on the other site dont waste your money here go anywhere else you'll have a better chance in my opinion some shady shit is going on here

Absolutely horrible. My wife opened the account for me and of course we have the same last name and address. They asked us to send a copy of ID and signed document. Did that and it took me to message them to find out what was the hold up. We send this document yet AGAIN and waited. Now here we are another five days later and I can't use my account. Message them again and they send me the same email about ID request. Even after wanting to just end the account I have to do a process we have done now four or five times. Once I get our refund I swear to NEVER use them or got to the actual casino.

In absolutely love BetRivers. Not once have I had any issues, instant cashout can instantly, and pretty consistent with winnings although I am due for a good win. Cough cough. Kidding. Only issue I have had was with a specific game Whitney, it crashes after each spin.

Will let new customers deposit and place bets but want to close your account once you win they decide to close your account without explanation

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I have a VIP host that no matter how much I play or spend says I never qualify for any free play. That's crazy! I play in the B&M casino and I alway receive some sort of free play.

Been using them for over a year and I'm constantly depositing to win not a damn thing ever. They sure produce wins magically when they stream. I'm good scam someone else.

Easily one of the worst casino experiences ever. Do not play. Spent $100 on blackjack and didn’t even get to play on 20 $5 bets. If you know black jack I was dealt 17 or 18 on every deal so just stayed on every had while dealer received 19 or 20 without taking a card. How is that ‘playing’?? Just rigged and an awful experience

Don’t do it stay far far away from this site. I was playing a game and was for sure the number was falling and it glitched right over it . It was for a grand prize of 11 grand . Stay away from this site. I will deff be sending the game board the video I have of it to . Can’t wait to hear what they say bout how it glitched right over it .

Deposited 375$ 8 months ago and they refused to give it back without correct documentation so I therefore gave them the right info and then they banned my account same day since then I have been trying to talk to a agent each month and they all tell me that my account is permentaly banned and that the funds will stay inside of the account even though I had already given them the right documents worst app ever they will rob you and then ban you so you can’t do anything about it stay far far away from this shit app !!!!!!!!!!!!

Avoid!!! I play Cash Stike Hotstepper, Megaways and Win Boost on other sites. When I hit the bonus on these other sites I get a great return. The bonus on this site pays nothing. On 50 dollar spin on bonus got maybe 100 dollars. On other sites it it thousands. This happened several times. Please dont waste your money

I signed up for betrivers and deposited money and played games. On my last deposit they blocked me from using it. They wanted verification after 3 deposits were lready made. I've called and couldn't get a hold of them for 24 hours. Talked to them on phone and they said they would expedite it only to get denied again they say they dont except digital copy of photo ID. Morons what the world do you think you asked for to begin with. Now I have money on their site and denied access to it. Very backwards company.

This has to be the worst site out there. The gaming commission should be monitoring them better. They have no issue taking your money, but go ahead and withdrawal it. Other sites pay out with 24 hours. This site takes days, even on minor payouts. What an absolute sham.

Horrible no matter how much money you be or pay or keep paying the payouts are so little and then trying to get the jackpot above it no matter how big it grows. It will not come out until it’s ready and then it’s like the lowest payout ever.
