I got a gift card for 1 of 4 sports betting places. I just picked bet rivers for no reason. The gift card was for 25$. I made a 25$ bet and I lost. Then they have a first deposit match if you lose your first bet….so yes they gave me a free $25 to try my luck again. I won with that bet…202$. I cashed out 160$ of that $202 leaving $42 in my account. I made another 20$ bet on a single game. I took the team that would pay me the most. I won again. $116. However when I won the $202 dollars my account was credited within 10 minutes. My second win was $116. I kept watching my screen/account to go up $116 in “my wallet/account. 30 minutes later it still said “Payout $116” but still not credited to my account. While the game was in play it did not say “payout $116”. It said “potential payout $116”. So around the 40 minutes mark I open up my screen to find they literally went into my account and changed my net from Seattle to rams with big red letters that said LOST! What they did was criminal. Theft, thieves! Because I had been credited the $202, I did not screen shot my win or my actual bet of the $116. So I’m just going to have to be out of that win I think. I can’t prove it. So now I know I’m dealing with criminals I decide to cash out the remaining 20$ of my 22 that was left. Both withdrawals say it would be credited to my bank account in 1 to 5 days. This just happened on Sunday so I’ll give them a few days. Somehow I’m thinking it will not be credited to my account..not in 5 days or 20 days! Bottom line is they are obviously hard up that it bothered them so much I won 318$ off their free 25$ they actually committed a criminal act and went into my account and changed my bet history to make it look like I lost. Do yourself a favor and put no money in this place. They will do all they can to take it from you, honestly or criminally.

Worst site I have played on never win anything anymore. It’s always they give you a good win maybe $100 as soon as you sign on. But after that nothing l. I have been on this site for years since the openers used to win good. Last few years yes these games are rigged played same games over and over different bets never won top prize ever or the prize below it. Always glitches and always always almost get the bonus after $300 straight on $1 bets. To get only $13. The games flinch when you almost have all the symbols for bonuses and never give it to you. The upgrades made this the most horrible site I have been playing on. I play on Hard rock NJ I win great on these same games. They tell me the wins are random well I played these games over and over and over so I know how they are supposed to play but this site is definitely rigged to the gills. I chatted with them so many times and they don’t give you anything but their games are regulated routine. Not even $1 to comp you at all. This site has been so bad the last 3 years I am done with it. They also ban you on the live chat when you speak the truth.

I have used this app for years without issue. However, the recent changes made within the last year has made it very difficult to make any deposits, and I have found it practically impossible to withdraw any funds. In the past, I have won and withdrawn $10,000. However, in the most recent months, I won $1000 and was not able to withdraw a single cent.

I won a parlay in September. I have been trying to transfer the money since then. I initially asked for the whole $2300 which they weren't sending. Then I decided to start with $500. They sent me that amount. Then I requested to have the $1500 that I had left because I gambled a little back. When I asked for the transfer it immediately disappeared from my balance. I was waiting for my money had to cerify myself a few times and have still been waiting. When I called them last week they told me I used all the money in there. THAT WAS A TOTAL LIE!! Be ware with this company they will keep and make your money vanish. I don't know were my money went. THEY NEVER PAID ME. They are good as long as you're paying a losing and maybe small payouts. If you win a large payout you will not get your money. I can guarantee you that!! DON'T use them. THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!

Bet rivers is a cheating platform manipulating live bets alot of different ways....they cancel bets instantly suspend bets instantly 😳 they sneak and peek preview all live bets with lagging video feed they extend bet processing during live action games they change lines instantly that cancel your bet and pay you nothing near your risked wager...it's just pure manipulation on a technology platform it's nothing more than organized cyber crime these are soulless dead people stealing hundreds of millions per week thru cheating be warned as the Bible says the wicked will cheat at all cost!

The worst casino app I've ever seen and experience it's a shame for a big company and big casino name to have application like this always problem and no fixes anything the worst support team and customer service I made more than 30 times complain and no one fixes the problem it's really bad business and scam people.

Declined my account and gave me no reason. I have a excellent credit and reached out to them. They wouldn't answer my calls and it took them days or weeks to get back with me. Excuses and confusion seemed to be their answers. I believe I dodged a bullet.

This site used to be great! Obviously it’s unreasonable to expect frequent wins but for someone who’s deposited so much like myself, you would think that they’d at the very least ensure their platinum and black tier players are happy and wanting to continue with their support.
I’ve reached out to them before about the fact that many people I know (I’m a part of a subreddit group for BetRivers players) who once thought this online casino was so great and we’d refer our friends and colleagues to join, but seeing the recent reviews I can honestly say that I’m not alone in my opinions.
I’ve also submitted bonus codes and referral bonus codes and they have yet to honor them. When I asked what the issue was to customer support he asked for the codes and once given to him he then asked for screenshots! And before I could even begin to gather the information he had requested he ended the chat. I suppose it’s time to delete my once 5 star reviews and give a very truthful and accurate reassessment.

So it has good games I win 2 to 6000 every month off the site and their withdraws take about 5 to 10 minutes to hit my account once I process it with their site and that is so important with these online gaming sites there's a lot of them take two three days to process your account not acceptable the game selection is okay

It don’t make any sense I was on the rivers app for 3 hours and got one free game on samurai and got 95 cents. I spend all my time and money on that app. I really think they let all people win except black people. I used to be able to win and have fun and now it’s bullshit

BetRivers is just another site scamming people. Here is the plan and simple with these online casinos. If you can’t withdraw your money as easily as you put it on than they are a scam. BetMGM is good, Borgata is good. I can get almost Instant withdrawal from both of them. So if a casino don’t release your money right away it’s because they don’t want to. They want you to keep playing until you have none.

This site used to be ok. But since the update about a month ago there are many glitches. Now I am unable to withdraw some of my money and the money that was approved to be withdrawn has not hit my bank account. They arw refusing to look deeper into why. File a complaint with the PA gaming board. That's why they are there. To oversee and regulate things like this.

I encountered a problem withdrawing my funds and still do not have access to them. I reported the issue to the BBB, but the company remains unwilling to resolve the problem. This business is built on deceit; their systems are rigged, and you never truly get to withdraw the profits you’ve earned. They hold onto your money until you eventually lose it all.
