This casino is really going downhill. Bonuses are having high wagering requirements, low max win amounts. They even started to give 0.10p free spins instead of 0.20p on the weekend deposit bonus.
Now I have been waiting for my withdrawal for more than 15 HOURS! We are talking about a simple crypto withdrawal. This is clearly unacceptable. I just don't understand how they would like to be a competitor of the biggest crypto casinos which they all have instant withdrawals. It looks like bets.io stuck in the last century. They are checking every withdrawal manually which is a joke in the crypto casino industry. Of course the support just copy paste all the time without offering a compensation for this extremely long waiting time. I suggest to avoid this casino at all costs. They are better ones out there with instant withdrawals.

I was a consistent player here a few years back and the service was pretty good, VIP staff weren't too shabby either. I returned recently and have found the site pretty terrible.
Firstly, they have some very bad bonus schemes. Their deposit bonuses are at least 30x even for VIP members, comparative sites can go as low as 10x for VIP members. You will almost never get a 30x staff successfully completed. They also love giving you free spins with 10cent stake. Worthless
Secondly, the staff have gotten worse. They're quite useless and sometimes rude now.
Thirdly, the site itself lags a lot. Don't get me wrong, it does work. But you will notice spikes on this site far more than others.
Game selection is "ok" there are some solid ones missing and again sometimes they don't work.
For a Bitcoin casino they have slow withdrawals. Similar sites have near instant withdrawals now, not this one.

It's just not worth it. I won't name the other sites but you'll know the major ones and they're nearly all superior.

The site has deteriorated a lot in recent times. The payout has become more complicated, the bonuses are worse, the playtech casino has disappeared from the selection. And I noticed a very strange exchange rate problem, which I interestingly do not experience at other crypto casinos. Out of a 10 euro win, I only get about 9.5 euros for each winning round. So here's my story using this casino... I revived a email saying that I was eligible for a £45 bonus. Which I used and won £1200 which was then deducted back to £45 after the wagering was completed. I was told I the live chat that the £45 was mine to use as real money. So from that I won £400 I tried to withdraw it after a hour it bounced back to my account and they took away £365 and left me with £45 again and I was told it was because I didn't withdraw the £45 and deposit it back into my account my winnings where invalid absolutely baffled 😲 and casino guru challenged the decision and got all my wrongly withheld winnings back thanks CASINO GURU

They are complete scammers, play on big sites, don't be fooled by them, they won't pay you even 1 dollar, there are bonuses, etc. Everyone who gives negative feedback here has written it correctly. Don't lose money to your children, I gave you a 10k dollar withdrawal and they didn't pay it.

I couldn't agree more with the warnings about Bets.io. I lost a devastating $19,744 of my own money—without bonuses—when they ran their scam on me. I would like to warn everyone that Bets.io appears to be a sophisticated scam site—one that looks really professional on the surface so that people don’t suspect anything. I strongly suspect they are even collaborating with some online review and arbitration sites to enhance their image artificially; they may be paying money to sweeten up anything that is against them. Something is happening there behind the scenes at least, and it's obvious.

But here is the most sinister part:

They seem to have a practice of engaging in so-called sophisticated “account balance grabs.” This occurs after you have trusted them and deposited additional funds into your account on their site. Even if it’s merely your deposit amount (with no bonuses attached), they will take it without any proper reason. They can fabricate evidence against you and rely on extremely vague clauses in their terms. They appear to have many scamming tools at their disposal—such as fabricating entirely false accusations of VPN use (even if you didn't use one) or making up claims based on other accounts to justify confiscating your account balance. They are so ruthless that they can even accuse you of actions that are technically impossible for anyone to commit! In my case, it was a mixture of many obscure, nonsensical reasons. The key point here is that they don't seem to care how or for what they accuse you—they scam, and that is what they do. That is obviously a main part of their business. They don't feel the need to be precise with their accusations since they have constructed their web of deceit around obscure scamming terms and connections designed to keep their reputation intact.

They don't seem to be seriously open and caring over the course of a dispute procedure against them. They don't talk about anything about your case publicly in the arbitration procedure. After they have committed their scam, they totally ignore you, just like a stereotypical scammer does. They don't show care for their victims, that's why they are scammers in the first place.

Bets.io also incentivizes their players to leave positive reviews by rewarding them with perks and bonuses. This is evident when you browse through the 5/5-star reviews online and use common sense to judge how fake or genuine they seem to be.

Furthermore, I received a request for a 5-out-of-5-star review straight from them, promising to reward me with a bonus—before I was, of course, scammed by them. I didn't give that review then... Hmm... I wonder if that was the reason they targeted me as a victim—who knows.

They try to foster emotional attachment by having VIP managers engage you in very personal small talk—asking, for example, “How have you been?”—to the level which is unusual for online casinos and is exactly what phone scam artists also do. These are all so stereotypical signs of scammers!

Don't become their victim! There are numerous trustworthy gaming sites online, but this is not one.

I strongly urge everyone to avoid Bets.io, as they have outright stolen my money. I do not usually leave negative reviews, but my experience with this casino has been nothing short of appalling.

While depositing funds was a smooth process, withdrawing them was an entirely different story. I opened my Bets.io account a few weeks ago and managed to withdraw once, but after my second deposit and play session, making some small winnings again, two days after the second withdrawal request, I just receiced this email:

- participating in any type of unacceptable play, including, but not limited to, placing consistently unchanging bets for an extended period in a single casino game without variation.

Guided by paragraph 6 of the same section:
At its absolute discretion, the casino reserves the right, without any obligation and without specifying the reason or providing prior notice, to close your player account, cancel winnings, confiscate deposits, and demand compensation from the player for any damage caused if there are suspicions or evidence of manipulating the casino system, using prohibited gaming strategies, or colluding with other individuals.

I played maybe around 200 rounds in blackjack with the same bet amount, yes. They took this as a breach of their terms obviously.

I browsed many casino forums and I noticed there are many people who have received similar emails just recently within a couple of months.

I will try to escalate this further if I can. Bets.io hasn't replied to any of my emails now. They confiscated my 2000+ EUR balance. I didn't play with any bonuses with neither of my two deposits.

NOTE! I definitely wasn’t any VIP-level player (after only two play sessions and two deposits), yet they sent me that account closure email from the 'VIP Department of Bets.io.' What the?! And it’s still going on— even today, they refuse to respond to my messages. Even the chat support cuts me off when I try to ask what’s going on!

UPDATE:

I opened a dispute on Casino Guru and was mislead to believe I would actually receive my money after all. Bets.io first tried to insist that I wouldn't have any account! Eventually they nevertheless reopened my account and let me even request a full withdrawal. In the end no withdrawal was processed. It all got to a loop of cancelations and they finally silently closed my account again. No responses after that once again. I would like to warn everyone that they obviously did this just to get a green, positive RESOLVED verdict for the case from Casino Guru!

All this seems really fishy, like Casino Guru was also playing along in some kind of cahoot with Bets.io. They mentioned on a side note even "having a phone call with each other". A good objective judge in an arbitration process doesn't take personal private calls from either side of the belligerents at least in a fair court! Minor thing maybe, but a sign of possible bias or orchestrated plot once again!

Casino Guru made the most essenstial Bets.io's responses PRIVATE in the complaint thread also suspiciously, looking like to present more positive image of Bets.io for some reason. I want to expose them here now:

They claimed some time that I didn't have an account and some other times they seemed to forget to play along with this lie! 100% MONEY GRAB SCAM!
