Run away. No good. They have exclusive BJ tables that have bots. £10 min deposit. Only 2 blackjack £5 tables. All in all a very bad experience. I played for an hour and closed the account.

Betsson's self-exclusion policy is deeply flawed and counterproductive to responsible gambling.
I opted for a temporary 6-month self-exclusion to take a responsible break. After it expired, they refused to reopen my account, citing an "internal policy" against removing self-exclusions.
This turns a tool meant to help players into a permanent punishment, discouraging anyone from using cooling-off periods in the future for fear of being banned indefinitely.
Many other operators allow reactivation after fixed-term exclusions end, in line with UKGC guidelines. Betsson's approach undermines safer gambling principles.
I've now permanently lost interest in returning. Avoid if you value genuine responsible gambling support.

I joined and deposited played through , joined on the basis of a welcome bonus on first deposits ect like most sites do has a promotional incentive to sign up and gain new players - I asked the live chat support where my bonus funds where and free spins when would I receive them? to be informed on live chat that that they was no bonuses assigned to my account , I now feel like I have been missold a none existent promotion offer and not got what I signed up for. I have sent a further email and requested the refund of deposits and to close my account asap, started a fraud report via the bank and a charge back!! I do not recommend this site stay clear….

Changing a review from bad to ok. After numerous uploads of the same documents and a week of waiting for this to be processed my withdrawal was approved and in my bank. Having said this i still think the process of asking for the same documents over and over is very off putting and causing unnecessary issues between customers and customer services Believing theres no way getting your withdrawals. Also, it took over a week for this to be completed and approved. For this reason, I'm not giving five stars as I feel this can be avoided.

Nightmare, spent longer on to customer services than actually playing. This casino is 'top rated' - by who exactly? Don't believe anything which rates this site highly, it is quite simply the worst.
Similar to other reviews, easy to deposit, impossible to withdraw, waiting 3 days so far for verification, then today they email me to say that I appear to be very active on the site so they are imposing a deposit limit. Too late, I already added my own limit of zero per month.

Absolute shambles of a company... deposited fine.. they was OK letting me do that.. I won and wanted to withdraw.. sent in my documents at the start of sign up... went to withdraw my winnings amd my winning kept goung bavk in my balance after saying success we are professing your winnings... so I geg on to live chat, they ask me to send in the documents via email.. wich I did not once but twice.. then 4 hours later syoll nothing just being told was being sent to the correct department... the next day still cang withdraw.. so back on live chat... and they said exactly the same they are doing there best to see why j cajg withdraw ( even tho now I had been verified apparently, ) but on the app was still saying processing I'd verification...

So I geg back on live chat.. and said I will be contacted via email.. so i get a email AGAIN ASKING ME TO SEND MY BANK STATEMENT ETC OVER VIA EMAIL! And once I have done that I will be able to withdraw.. so I sent YET AGAIN.. Then to recice a email back saying we have now sent this off to be verified! Avoid at all costs! 5 star or 1 star pending withdrawal. I signed up 2 days ago lost about 100 quid with a few deposits. Next day , had another go and won a bit. Site is not bad. I thought it had ipoker but not sure. Horrible experience. After registering I went to the live chat to see if I could get my account verified right away, as i knew i could never provide them with a gas/electricity bill as they are no in my name. They said this would be no problem and a bank statement with my address on it would be more then enough.

1 month later i want to make my first withdrawal. They ask me for extra proof and I need to provide them with a gas/electricity bill.

After contacting support and telling them that previously support had told me I would never have to provide this, they said things can change. And they always had the right to ask for extra verification.

So I cannot withdraw my money.

The worst bettingsite! It is easy to transfer money to the user account but when you want to withdraw the money, they want you to withdraw it with 3-4 different payment methods! when you transfer with one specific payment method you should be able to withdraw your the money with the exact same payment method! And then they ask you to verify your account again, like the second or third time! Such a useless betting site with the worst service! Don’t waste your money here as they will make it so complicated to take out! Unibet or bet365 are miles ahead in terms of good service and simplicity, plus their chat is much more competent!

I usually don't write reviews, but what's happening on their poker platform is unthinkable.

I will start from the beginning after starting to play at their poker room, I learned to play online poker and once I won, once I lost, which is normal. Problems started after the first withdraw. Since then I haven't won any tournaments. Then i would like to check is it something wrong and start play flip tournaments for 0.01e. I didn't even get to the first table, which means I wasn't even 1 in 6 players for 41 times in a row The chance of such an event is about 0.05% ((0.833) ^ 41). In tournaments 37 hands in a row going all in with AK AA KK cards, where there were 2-3 players (including me) I won once. Compilation of these two events is impossible mathematically.

I played in partypoker pokerstars ggpoker unibet and few more, and everywhere was normal play after withdraw.

To sum up, if someone really wants to play poker with them, I advise you to play until the first withdraw and then forget that this poker room exists at all.

Found this new gaming site based in Malta. I love casino games especially blackjack they have a few blackjack platforms easy to deposit via PayPal and the fastest withdrawal I have ever experienced beating Skybet so that a good positive indicator.

On the negative the single deck blackjack platform doesn't pay 6/4 it pays 6/5 on a blackjack hand. Sports book is min stake 0.50p on multiples bets which is a bit on the heavy side for a stay at home punter. The cash out is a bit suspect I placed a 5 team football acc halftime 2 teams losing cashout was available. As soon as the 4th team was in front that's from the 85th min cashout was not available. I checked terms and conditions and its within the rules just seems an unfair playing strategy to me.
