TERRIBLE COMPANY
Nothing but problems, bought a Ottoman bed, was given a delivery date, on that date it was supposed to be delivered, it was half hour away, disposed of old bed, then found out they couldn’t deliver that day after all, only found this out due to me contacting them as it didn’t arrive, they did not contact me to let me know, they apparently lost a double Ottoman bed en route ?, then it was tge excuse that it was someone else’s bed that was going to be delivered that day to a person with the same surname as mine, who lived in the same road as mine, they just didn’t know what to say next, Not the best excuse I’ve heard.
When we did receive the bed, they had put the wrong measurements down for the headboard, The measurements wasn’t what was as advertised, The bed frame was correct, but the headboard was a lot bigger than the bed, So this did not fit.
I was offered £100 off a Different bed, as they was all the wrong size, Bear in mind, he then upped his prices Another hundred So that if we did buy another one, we wasn’t really getting £100 pounds off.
I have had no Form of compensation for a days money that was lost and all the up evil of putting beds together, taking it apart, getting it sent back, The man had no consideration and was extremely rude, impolite and inconsiderate so shouldnt he in this line of business, only polite, when things are good.
Stay clear, there’s plenty more bed company’s out there.

I have had no problems from start to finish . The buying process was straightforward. Item was delivered promptly and was all as described.

Delivery arrived on time and in perfect condition

I actually had to cancel the bed frame due to unforseen circumstances that was on order and already out for delivery but Lee was very helpful and managed to stop the delivery of it. Thank you Lee for your consideration and helpfulness.

Ordered mattress for my mother and it was delivered a few days later. Lee from Betterbeds was very helpful. The delivery man was lovely too. Would definitely recommend 👌

Delivery was efficient, great communication. The bed is amazing - really good quality and excellent value for money!

We ordered the Quest single white bed, which is brilliant for my 11year old son. Easy to put together, very solid, and the drawers move easily. Really pleased.
The real positive was being able to speak to someone to ask questions about the bed, and work through the delivery when part of the order didn’t arrive. Communication was excellent throughout, and delivery drivers were helpful too.

I was so pleased to find a bed that was perfect for our eldest who is about to turn 12. We ordered the Bedmaster Veera Guest bed with trundle in white. Although the company didn’t have it in white (after ordering), they were kind enough to ring us and apologise, offering the same bed in grey which thankfully worked with the colour scheme. Looks fab and our son now feels more grown up.

Good choice, best price, good service and really nice delivery.
Ordered Arizona Ottoman Bed as this site were the cheapest on Sunday. Lee called on Monday to arrange delivery. I liked that. Much better than them blindly arranging delivery.
Item was delivered Wednesday (today) by BJS. They took the 4 boxes to the room of choice (all included in delivery)

Terrible service. No advance warning of delivery just a text on the day (some people actually work) - had to book half a day off work at last minute. Driver was late, when he came to the door (delivery on bed website said two man job and they would deliver to room of choice and take packaging) he just dumped the double mattress outside the front door. It was a rolled mattress the same weight as me. When I asked if he could please put it in the garage (which was nearer to his van than the house) he audibly huffed, tutted and practically threw it in there. Valdimar (I think his name was) is the rudest driver ever. I was nothing but polite.

Better Bed Company could do a lot better by a) keeping the customer informed and b) using a better delivery company that actually does what BBC promise their customers.

Never again.

I have been trying to find the Amalfi Chaise Sofa for my garden and it has always been out of stock everywhere. The boss of better beds company called me several times to let me know when it came back into stock and went the extra mile! I can’t wait until it arrives.

Quick delivery and bed is better than expected

I ordered a rug from this company and they called me to say that it had been discontinued (fair enough!) but I asked on the phone to change to another colour and they agreed to swap the order over. The rug arrived as planned but on opening it I contacted customer service immediately to say that it wasn't what I wanted and could I please return it. I was emailed thereafter to say that they do not accept returns and I should have read the terms and conditions before ordering. This was a £400 rug!!! Please be very careful if you are thinking of using this awful company...we were eventually refunded because I contacted trading standards who told the Better Bed Company that they had to by law. If I hadn't contacted them for help this company had no intention of refunding me.

Terrible company! Products were delayed by 4 weeks with no communication after 2 weeks. When they finally arrived and I put them together they are not fit for purpose. They are scratched and scuffed and do not go together well. The doors hit the frame constantly so will not open smoothly.
I have tried to contact the company 3 times now but zero response.
I would not recommend this company.

EDIT: The reply given by the company is also false. I have had no communication from the company and I live in a new build. My floors are NOT uneven!

I was given detailed product information and the time and space I needed to come to a decision. The young salesman was very helpful, polite and friendly. A very good shopping experience.

The website stated it was next day delivery this product but I then received a call to say it was out stock for over 3 weeks. Very disappointing.

I phoned rather than used the website and they were very helpful, happy to give me information even though I didn't order immediately. When I did order all went well and the lovely bed was available in a shorter time than expected.

Great online purchase
I am very happy with the bed I got from Better bed company...I bought Kayidan Ottoman bed and it is great quality and love the colour (as shown on photos)
This bed was a available on different websites but better bed company had it on lowest and managed to get further discount through their website.
The delivery was really quick unlike other companies where they take weeks /months and quality is not the best.
I woul recommend Better bed company and Kayidan beds

Kept informed every step of the way. Delivery was on time by a friendly team.
