So after being a loyal customer with many orders placed MHI believes Royal Mail over me when it comes to an attempted delivery. There was no attempted delivery and I have CCTV to prove this . They therefore will not honour their 2 day guarantee. It’s the way they handled it that’s annoying. They do have great products of which I have many.

I purchased a power washer from them few weeks ago,and NOWHERE ON THERE ADVERTISING DID IT WARN YOU THAT THE ITEM CANNOT BE CONNECTED TO MAINS WATER BUT ONLY USE FILTER AND A BUCKET.
I CONTACTED THEM UNDER THEIR WARRANTY AND EXPLAINED MY PROBLEM AND THAT IF TO MAINS WATER YOU CANNOT STOP WATER COMING OUT EVEN WITHOUT USING TRIGGER.
THIS I EXPLAINED TO THEM BUT WERE NOT INTERESTED.
THEY ASKED IF ON BUCKET OR MAINS,SO THIS HAS HAPPENED BEFORE.
MY CONFIDENCE TRADING WITH THEM DESTROYED.
PLEASE ANYONE PURCHASING ITEMS FROM THEM CHECK EVERYTHING,BUT EVEN IF NO INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING MAINS WATER CONNECTIONS.

The sola lights are very hit and miss they look great easy to use,, they have worked for two nights only, when they worked brilliant but the lighting only stays on for a few hours.perhaps they are not getting enough light stored in the daylight hours.This might be normal, but as I have never had solar lights before? I haven’t a clue.but will continue to persevere
